I have already rooted my phone from IROOT and now finding the custom rom, but I am not getting it from anywhere. Please provide me.

There is not much about your exact device on xda.
I found this: Xolo q1011 ROM for A106 by pramodmadhu007.
And this: [ROM][XOLO A120]Xolo Q1010i ROM ported for canvas 2 colours by umangleekha.
Maybe one of these ROMs is what you are looking for.
