Greetings and welcome to assist. To back up your rom you will need a custom recovery, If you can tell me your phone model I can point you in the right direction

The Moto g4 plus has its own forum here

but the coopad note 5 doesn't seem to have a custom recovery yet which is needed for making back ups. If you ask about the coolpad here

I have looked around and can't find a method there may be one on here that I haven't found but I hope I can get some luck here :laugh: .
I have already rooted but I am looking for some help unlocking the bootloader as I have had some trouble doing so .
Additional info:
LG-E980
KitKat 4.4.2
If any other info is needed tell me down below I am new to the android community .

Please could anyone assist with providing a compatible rom for my Hisense U988 as the phone is stuck in a bootloop and i cant track down the stock rom. Im not sure what to do otherwise, and i dont want to throw it away.
