I have lost my sim card network
when i flash stock rom in my Micromax A107
I have 2 sim cards and they are still working on another mobile but not in mine.....
I have already checked the IMEI number
but they both are right , mobile also showing the names of sim
But there is "no service-(sim name)"
.
can you please tell me how to fix it.... if any and any method is posible to fix it...

Guys as i have Asus P527 mobile.i have root it and cleared my previous problems.i got new one though as i put sim card in the mobile the range of it does not come.It shows seraching through out the day.i have change the sim cards and tried it also .
the error is error code 40hone operation can not be started try again.
Before this screen i get an stk sevices error: requesting handset configration and then the error.
help me please guys HELP

Alease don't spam
B:You might be using a bad sim card! I suggest you take it to your phone carrier and have them check out the card and
C:Make sure you are in an area with good coverage, and make sure your sim card is active.

I have this problem after flashing a Jelly bean ROM... and the second SIM didn't work...
But there's nothing wrong with the first SIM card...
My device is a Malaysian device called Ninetology stealth 2 and i found out that Micromax A110 is actually a similar device just that it is a different country..
Does it effect the SIM cards?

replace the modem.img from ur stock rom.
Solved.. But there are still other issues...
I solved the problem by going to "Wireless & Networks->Mobile Networks->3G service->Enable 3G" and changed it to the alternate SIM card and it works...
But another problem appeared...
Then I can't use my first SIM card service (data plan)....
I will and find the original ROM under my country and give a try....
At the moment... I'll live with this first....
Replace modem.img
Root first . Install root explorer . save the file modem.img from your stock ROM which is located at (etc/firmware) and copy it to the etc/firmware.

What is the exact error you are getting? Like 'Invalid IMEI' or 'No Service' or 'Searching' or 'No SIM' etc...?

hello, i m in a big major problem. my recently phone and contact app got deleled as i was installing suvi roms contact and dialer by cwm. Now cwm is also not working nor letting me to go to stock recovery. every time when i switch my fone , the fone shows the start setup like date setting and enter language etc. and also process.android.acore has been stopped is coming. please guys help me

Hello guyz i have a sm-g920f galaxy s6 just bought 3 days ago second hand its been great i flashed the russian update from sammobile and flashed the custom kernel to root it i used it till today when i plugged it in my pc to transfer a movie and removed it suddenly it tells me "Sim card inserted.Restart" I restarted but it kept saying no sim card
now i tried different sim cards from different operators but still nothing flashed so many other firmwares and still nothing so guyz plzz help me if theres any solution to this problem i dont understand it if it is software or hardware :crying::crying:

could possible be a blocked IMEI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Reflash stock 5.1.1 ROM via odin to solve your problem.
I already did that and nothing it just keep saying No sim card

Did you make sure it wasn't stolen?

The SIM card is new and in the other device is functional.

try checking csc via phone info.
Any fix to this?? I've just gotten the same problem on mine! Thought it might have reverted back to the region lock as I am now using a USA sim card and started off with a UK sim card. Just ordered a new UK Sim to see if inserting that one will fix the issue

I had this issue with my first Galaxy S6... I went into the three shop and checked my sim and that worked with another phone, but my phone would not accept any other SIM card. I was told to send to Samsung for repair, luckily I was in my 30 day amazon exchange period so I just sent back to supplier and bought a new one.
Same poblem here.. When i insert sim card, the phone restart and when enter in Android show message... "Error occurred while unlocking network... Network unlock code block".... Its a Japan Docomo network.. U think that can resolve it with a subsidy code? To unlock a sim?

This is what did the problem this sim problem appears days after doing this
1 flashing other rom model on different model like XEF on BTU...
2 updating android OTA failed
3 flashing with smart switch
Its not stolen its the g920f is the problem its sucks dude
If you dont have backup for efs folder and radio folder you need to fix it with octoplus box if you have warranty take it to samsung or if not visite repair place and ask for octoplus compatible with s6 but

1 Working sim
2 signal drops time to time mybe disconnected during calls am sure you get disconnected because i have
3 flashing stock you get stuck in bootloops
And if some one ask you about s6 the answer is dont say s6 its s sucks

Is the sim card detected? Is the sim card good? Does the phone detect any carrier networks? When did this happen? Did the phone ever work properly?
yes it c sim card cuz it shown the sim application for the network
the sim card is good and also i tried 3 sim cards for 3 networks
it happen from many days after i change the sim card in it
everything else in the phone works good
All I can suggest is reflashing a stock firmware from sammobile.com and then try again.

and i will do that again now
but i think is the radio is off
and i hope to find away to make the radio on

Are you flashing the latest rom for your phone? I though 5.0 was the most recent release the 9505.

This happened before to my friend's i9505 all of sudden . Long story short .. in his case it turned to be a hardware defect .
Check baseband version in settings >more>about . If it is there then you r good to go on software thing . If it shows "UNKNOWN" then unfortunately your modem IC chip is broken (hardware failure) and there is no solution here @xda to repair it . you'll need to bring it to service centre.

So you flashed a stock 5.0 rom? Are you able to try a custom rom to see if that makes a difference?
This is not a big issue.
all you have to do is to flash another modem.

my friend has an issue with poco x3 pro the doesn't read properly a sim card, it works only for data and not for calls ( lte is not forced , did already a factory reset, update firmware, tried custom roms, swapping sim card between slots, same issue always ), the thing is this issue comes only with a specific operator sim card and not for others, ( knowing that this sim card works properly on another phone )

Ask the specific operator to give a new SIM card for your mobile number.
Sometimes there's issue in old SIM cards.
If it's still not working properly, there's chance with 2G/3G/4G bandwidth issue.
What mobile operator and which country is that specific operator? Maybe someone had same issue you have and can help you.
