I have an Oukitel U7 Plus, and the mic volume is too low, the people, during a call, hear me at very low volume.
I have read that on MTK android device, exist an "engingering" code, that allow to modify volume, mic gain and other value.
It's true and it can allow me to increase the volume of the microphone?

I have the same problem with the "OUKITEL U15 Pro". I think the problem appeared when I started to use a headphone with a microphone (but I’m just guessing).
I also tried to change the audio parameter in the engineering mode: *#*#3646633#*#*
but it did't work.

I would like to know too.
My Huawei Y6-PII Compact is very bad because Microphone is placed on Top! I must keep phone upside down to can be heared ok by others. I would like to boost my Mic level. Please help. Thanks.
This work at least with Ulephone Power:
Go Hardware-Audio_ModeSetting-Normal mode-Mic-Level 3
Normal mode is regular call
Level 3 is for calls, I used value 220
(Speaker mode mic value is 255, which is max)
At least Level 4 is for apps.
I don't know what other values are.
Before adjust, mic was almost useless, now it work like in other phones or even louder.
Default levels in normal mode are:
0=0
1=64
2=112
3=144 calls
4=192 apps
5=192
6=184
7=184
8=184
9=184
10=184
11=0
I also drill mic hole bigger, but that effect was minimal.

I am quite able, with my hearing aids in, to hear the sound/speech produced by videos and so on.
My problem is with making & receiving calls, when the volume of voice sound is not enough to hear callers properly.
I know that one can increase volume during a call by using the phone's rocker volume switch, but this is not enough.
I've tried various apps which claim to increase volume, but find that while they can set volumes high in general, none of them seems to set the in-call volume higher than the phone will allow as standard.
Is there a simple solution to this, for me with a moderate level of technicality?
My phone is a Vodafone Smart Ultra 6, running stock Android 5.1

I have an Oppo F1s, and I have a problem with the headphones with volume control. The volume control with the earphone is not possible, I can neither increase the sound nor decrease it, I tried the headphone on another android it works very well, I tried the earphone in Another F1s that of a friend the same problem. Hello, I've noticed, that since android 10 my microphone and speaker volume is kinda poor, lower than before. Would like to know if anyone got an app or knowledge about editing mixer_paths to increase that. I have seen few guides about that mixer_paths, but couldn't find informations about increasing microphone volume. Can someone guide me to increase that?
