Anyone know when the transformer will be available in stores? Preferably Walmart? I would like to see one before I buy.

these things will be sold before they hit the shelf, you probably wont be able to see it before you buy it for quite some time... stores have return policies for a reason...
Walmart usually gets in their products very early in the day like 2-3AM. Some Walmarts are open at 6 or 7 AM as well as 24hrs. Call before you go and good luck. I got mine on Amazon at midnight
I ordered a TF101-A1 at Walmart.com this morning (~1am) and put rush shipping on it...should be here by Thursday. I also went to Fry's and picked up 2 of the 3 that they had in stock this morning. No docks anywhere online or retail.
So i bought my original One X from radioshack since they where the only ones who had them during the whole customs problems. I returned it once att got them back in stock so i could get grey haha. So today i check my mail and i got a letter from them thanking me for buying a phone from them and they included a $10 giftcard. Im not sure if this is for everyone or since it was the first time i bought a phone from them. Just thought id let you guys know in case you were considering biying from them.

I bought mine from them too, I haven't received anything yet.
I got one. I preordered the first day it was available for preorder, and picked it up one release day. I had to exchange it twice though, and I thought that was why I got the card.....
now only if radioshack had anything worth buying that you couldn't get for 40% cheaper online...

Well I don't trust Craig's List at all. But you can get a brand new one from Verizon for $400. They had Certified Pre-Owned ones for like $280 a few weeks ago but I don't see them now. Their CPO devices come with a 1-year warranty, so I'd rather go that route than CL.

If you jump, INSIST on original receipt and a face picture of the seller. If it's legit, those two things shouldn't be a problem. But tred carefully on CL.
If you're in the UK, and haven't bought this phone yet, tmobile-ukdirect on Ebay has recently sold 130 One S phones at £134.99 each. Sold out now, but might be worth keeping an eye out for another batch put up for sale.

Box is marked Z520e so suggests it's the S4. It's branded and locked to T-Mobile.

Well considering the Nexus 4 wasn't even available for sale on Amazon until a few months ago, your chances are slim. Plus on amazon it's individual sellers with large markups. You could try eBay, but again, there might be mark ups.
The best option right now is to go to Sprint when they have it on November 8th, and ask if they can sell you one off contract, and if it's GSM unlocked or not. Otherwise, T-Mobile will have it unlocked off contract also, but there's no pricing or release date as of right now. T-Mobile does have a email sign up for alerts when it's available.
Keep an eye on the Play store the next few days too. There's small chance more will come in stock, but most likely they'll sell out within minutes.

But im from ireland you see , where they don't sell the nexus on the play store , do you know if i get an american nexus 5 , would it work in ireland? i know that the uk one definately would! but unsure about the the us version

Thanks for that link. Seriously considering canceling my play store order; probably going to wait and see for now. I'm on an LG Optimus L9 and it's kind of crappy but if I can get the phone for almost $50 less on Amazon if I wait a couple of weeks, that's what I'm going to do.
I just wonder if getting warranty replacements is easier if you purchased the device through Google directly as opposed to a third party.

I have one ordered through Google Play, but I might cancel to get one from Amazon because I have Prime, and I have a lot of Amazon GC's. Didn't see that they would have it until after I placed the order. So I hope they start selling it soon.
Quick thing everyone, I know T-mobile and Sprint will get the phone but I don't think it will be cheaper because T-mobile sells the N4 for roughly $430 but Google was selling it for $300-$350, and if you wait to get it on Amazon it'll most likely be around the same price because the Nexus 7 is the same price on Amazon as it is on Google play, but if you have prime you can probably get the free 2 day shipping which is nice.
