I never recommend dirty flashing, but feel free. If you experience any weird bugs that aren't in CM then maybe do a clean flash

Ok. I'll try. After TWRP backup of course

CM13 based? 3 days ago I saw the first official AICP CM14 based for Nexus 5.
Will you try to build CM14 based AICP too?
Sorry. You can't. I suppose you need CM14 directly for Thor. Sorry again.

Dirty flash over CM13 didn't work out. I saw boot animation for 10 minutes and restored backup after that.

Old good well-known AICP...
So, I'm restoring non-system apps using Titanium now.
No bugs for now.

The 1st bug/issue:
Silk Browser fc's and doesn't start. At CM13 that app worked ok,
Took the app here http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/amazon...wser-52-1-79-2743-98-10-android-apk-download/
Silk Browser is the browser from Fire OS. So, Kindle = using Silk for me)
Please install and try to launch.
Everything ok at my Nexus 5 with AICP 11.

The 52nd and 50th versions don't work.
But the 48th works ok. You can take it here http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/amazon...wser-48-1-51-2564-95-10-android-apk-download/
Plus the time and the date are displayed like "HH:MM" at the Pie control. Not real time and date like "13:56". It's AICP bug and it's the same at my Nexus 5.

Silk 52 fc logcat.

Nice to see the marshmallow ROMs popping up now. Has anyone checked if Bluetooth is working for this rom? I'd like install this but Bluetooth is a deal breaker for me if it doesn't work.

Whatever bugs cm has this should too. I haven't checked Bluetooth yet, so I can't say if it works or not.

Unfortunately, that hasn't always been the case for HDX devices. Obviously a CM bug will carry through but Amazon's custom SOCs and associated binaries don't always follow the rules. Radios (BT, GPS, LTE) and panel rotation have been especially problematic. WiFi on occasion - although flashing the xx.3.2.3 bootloader seems to fix that along with graphical anomalies (noise).

This ROM does work for boost mobile but you need to flash MVNOSlayer (After the first boot) and also do: "fastboot oem fsg-id boost" to set the carrier in the bootloader for Android M(Do BEFORE flashing).
Hope this helps all my boost friends! Been using AICP for years on other phones and love the features, now using this Moto E on Boost and have no issues (Minus maybe one or two bugs that are negligible to most users as they correlate to more low level settings, but has no bearing on the phone or the OS itself for normal use.)
Will this AICP marshmallow port works with the already-known faulty opengapps 6.0 (they need a patch in every custom rom to work)? Thank you and help pleaseeeee .

I'm looking to update from lollipop. Is there a new set of kernel files to be flashed at the same time as the ROM and gapps? (Things like boot,...)
Thanks!
Hopefully not too dumb a question, when I go to open gapps web site I see 6.0 arm gapps and 7.1.1 which aren't available yet. I don't believe I am supposed to use 6.0 gapps, where are 7.0 gapps? BTW, there is a 7.0 listed for ARM64, but I didn't think FLO is 64bit.

No, you don't need to update the boot because the ROM comes with the boot.img, you might want to update the bootloader though. Here's a link to the updated bootloader, just flash it in TWRP: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=457095661767102928

AICPAndroid Ice Cold Project
AICP is known by everyone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since then evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community you can find!!!
Until Lollipop, Rom has always been AOKP based. Unfortunately, since AOKP either stopped development or will make a comeback later this year, we changed our base to CM when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them or CM team if it concerns their modifications. This rom isn't CM supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

ROMS should contain everything you need to enjoy Nougat. You are not required to install any Add Ons, simply download the latest ROM, gapps, flash it, and go!
You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup - these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.
How to flash:
Make sure you have latest version of TWRP recovery and Firmware installed
Backup your current Rom through recovery.
Wipe System, Cache, Dalvik Cache, Data
Flash the ROM.zip and gapps.zip file.
Reboot system and setup the rom
PREREQUISITE FOR OTA:
To be able to flash over OTA app, TWRP recovery is needed.
You can still use CWM and OTA app, but only to download zip file and flash it manually from within recovery. Zip gets saved under AICP_ota folder on your internal SDcard.

Wow! Man...Awesome! AICP is here...
Using it since morning.. I should say It's almost STABLE!
Only bugs I encountered till now are :-
1.phone automatically reboots on first fingerprint setup.
2. Hotspot not working (which I think is a serious issue for me)
3.Flashlight
No apps crashing till now and also camera works from stock cam app but it doesn't from WhatsApp camera...
Everything else looks good so far!!!
Huge thanks bro!
Cheers!!!?
Rom is good. Same performance as lineage with added features. Thanks for pitting this together.
Make rom for x620 and i donate you.

New build released
With upstream Lineage changes and hotspot is been fixed. Working now without any issue. Some bugs are still there and it takes time to solve it up.

What bugs are left now??
Screen casting doesn't work for chromecast. Youtube app casting works. Is that lineage issue?
Update: logcat attached

No, you need to clean install if you are coming from another Rom. If you have Aicp previous version installed then you can dirty flash.
Great work @hemantbeast
Why 3D touch is not working?
It's working in RR ROM.
How it will work??
@hemantbeast after successful builds for Redmi 1s, you are working on Le 2... Thats great ....
Looking forward for more awesome Rom and kernel builds...
New build released
With Aicp upstream and device sources sync up with lineage tree.

@kaankulahli Grouper builds should run on Tilapia, too, but not vice versa. (beside 3G functionality)

Yes, of course.
No go. MultiROM says "Kexec-hardboot support is required..."

I suspect partitions had been changed by the zip as now my backups can't restore. Tried two different nandroid so far.
Edit:
Flashed my previous ROM, restored data and dalvic cache, flashed open gapps, rebooted.
I don't believe my backup has issues, as it happened to two backups. Anyway, I'll up now, so I'm going to redo my backup, and try a restore again, to prove my point.
Edit 2:
My theory was wrong. I redo backup, restored and encounter same issue as before, system failed to restore after running for 30+ %. I'm at a lost what is the problem. The ROM I'm using is nAOSP. Since I can't try this ROM due to gapps no space to flash, will continue with nAOSP.
