[ROM] Flyme OS Latest 4.5.4.2 for Mi4i

Hi all my dear Miui users,
Finally the wait is over and you can download all new Flyme os for mi4i not just flyme can be called Fly me. As i see most of them waiting for an eye-striking Rom without any bugs I Present you the Flyme. This is the UI for Meizu phones, and also an customizable rom with hidden features leaving us in a mystery.
What is flyme OS ?
Flyme OS is a stock and after market firmware developed by Meizu for smartphones based on the Android operating system. Some its key features are completely redesigned apps, one-handed usability and performance optimizations. The initial version, Flyme OS 1.0 based on Android 4.0.3 was released on Juny 12, 2012. It was praised by critics for its simple yet beautiful interface design. Flyme OS 2.0 was released later in 2012 . It brought improved cloud services and build-in root support, among other improvements. Flyme OS 3.0 was released together . It was one of the first Android firmwares to integrate a flat UI. Since Flyme OS 3.0, Dirac HD Sound is integrated, bringing an improved audio experience through a certain number of ear and headphones. The successor the Flyme OS 3.0, Flyme OS 4.0 was released in 2014.The current version of Flyme OS, Flyme OS 4.5, is based on Android Lollipop.
So to start enjoying Meizu in your phone [ I mean Flyme os in Mi4i ] .
Requirements for flashing Flyme:
A working Mi4i phone with enabled USB debugging
To enable USB Debugging Tap on MIUI Version 7 times and go to additional settings then to developer options - scroll down and look for it
Your Mi4i should have either 5.6.11 or 6.6.10 MIUI version so as not to have any bootloop
Rooted phone with a custom recovery like TWRP installed [ twrp is recommended]
Download Gapps and Flyme for Mi4i in root of your device storage with links at last
Phone Battery Charged Above 70% At Least.
Backup the original system data (contacts, SMS, application data, etc.)
INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
Boot into recovery
Clear Data.
Clear Cache.
Clear Dalvik Cache.
Flash flyme_MI4I file from from internal SDCard.
Clear Cache and Clear Dalvik Cache.
Reboot.
Note in the initial boot it takes 5-10 minutes and phone gets hot like red hot iron. and after booting then retart and install Gapps

camera? does its better than other cusrom?

I flash this rom today, but mobile network can not activated. I set an APN, turn on the setting and others which necessary, but still not active.

I ve flashed this ROM and is very neat fast and everything working fine.
Too early to say if its a bug, but did have this 2 problems:
1. Could not download gapps from your link so downloaded directly from gapps site for arm, 5.1, 32 bit, full stock version, but unable to flash the same, it says I do not have enough memory, but I have more than 10 Gb free! Anyways flashed nano version and all went fine!
2. Once I noticed the phone went off, while disconnecting from charger, I switched off and reset the device, and so far no issues. Will update asap.
Otherwise very smooth no issues and the camera included, I feel is the best of all ROM's. Thanks, really liked it.
And a very noob question, (I am very new to this custom ROM's concept), When switching on for the first time, saw a screen saying looking for available updates, so my query is whether ROM will also revieve updates (ota)??

Hi friend, I've just installed the Rom and I got the 2nd bug, and now I'm reinstalling with my previous Gapp.

when I disconnect charger, phone turns off... only the 1st time
but now it's solved with mine Gapps.
camera is excellent really, but just its max resolution is 5 MP, I hope you find a solution for this to obtain also 8MP.

Battery bug
This ROM is working grate only problem is battery automatically increases battery percentage and automatically decreases pls fix this bug

ROM is smooth but ....
battery goes down randomly and phone shutdowns
can't use the ROM more than 15 mins

friend on the zte blade a410 works well the autofocus on your model I could not tell you this is for that I mention you have to find one for your model

I came through this post and I tried the miui build on my condor p8 lite. It is smooth and looks amazing.
However there are few deal breakers:
1. When I plug the earphones the sound keeps getting out from the speaker and the earphones at the same time.
2. The notification led is not working
3. The IR blaster is not working.
Is it possible to fix these bugs please?

I do have a Condor P8 Lite, I've been searching for AGES for any kind of roms, like, anything at all.
I'm a bit skeptical about this MIUI ROM though.
I would love to see someone creating a LineageOS 15.1 or RR Rom for this device.

So i'd like to ask you if you can port Lineage v14.0 or above for this device.

Well, I'm primarily involved in understanding how to resolve the bugs because it's better in MM than N to know more. So, YES, soon I'll be going to LOS14 (MM) and if have LOS14 (N) or the most likely LOS15. I have already indicated to have a PORT with AOSP N 3.18.35 kernel through the Condor ROM stock. Condor staff P6 Pro LTE has already ported and placed in the FB group. I did not put it because I did not have time to fix the camera.

I fixed camera in LOS13!!
I did more tests yesterday and found the solution. Camera works with the native 13MPx, focus from near and far are working and finally the front camera (selfie) works with the native 8MPx.
Final test to know others bugs so fix that and release file to all.....

Can you upload it? I can't install ROMs with my 3.1.1 since it doesn't decrypt the internal storage and I want to see if this one will work.

I hope some bugs like video capture, signal and fingerprint (maybe if possible) to be fixed soon ... ??
-good battery usage. for using games, this ROM has no issue of overheating * perfect !!!
-The video capture bug does not occur if you use Instagram stories, but if you watch videos on the Instagram timeline, the video turns white or freeze.
-signal problems may not be very meaningful, it's just that if you move areas (such as from your home to school for example), the internet is disconnected and you are forced to turn on airplane mode and disable it, so that your internet runs again.

Firefox and firefox beta crash, but firefox nightly works well, anyone has the same issue?

They are going to make LineageOS 15, but it is not so easy... We'll see.

Maybe fix the bugs of LineageOS 14.1 first, is helpful for LineageOS 15.

not works with China Telecom sim cards. (LTE data should be available but it shows me up a No SIM Card error.)

thanks for your great work! It seems that for Chinese sim cards there is still no signal, the same as CM12.1… even though, this is an amazing achievement which gives hennessy more possibilities

Getting error 7 from TWRP 3.2.3.0, am i the only one?
Even tried to reflash my twrp and edit the updater-script and removed the line

you can try disable thermal.conf at vendor/etc/.tp change thermal.conf to "thermal.conf.bak" & install legendary kernel tweak and set performance if you play pubg and if you not playing games set battery for your management cpu,I have play pubg without lag or freeze & overheat issue in this rom,cpu stable on 52°C
