What are Nightly builds? Auto compiled builds of the latest CyanogenMod source from github. This version change each night and aren't officialy supported.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- First time flashing CM 7 to your Galaxy SL (or coming from another ROM)?
Install codeworkx ClockworkMod Recovery Kernel.
Reboot into Recovery
Do a Nandroid backup!
Install the ROM from sdcard using ClockworkMod Recovery
Optionally install the Google Addon
- Upgrading from earlier CM7?
Do a Nandroid Backup!
Install the ROM (your Google apps will be backed up automatically)
There are no Google Apps bundled with CM ROMs, because Google asked Cyanogen to remove copyrighted apps, after flashing rom don't forget to flash Google Addon package if you want it.
NOTE: Your device will be fully converted to EXT4, except for the efs partition. You'll lose all data on the first install!

in to do list you said that disable touchkey in recovery.
I think u should keep touch key because in recovery mode home button works in odd manner. If u want to select any option then instead of selecting once a time it select twice times. Skin also faced problem in earlier days of CWM. Thats why he always use left touchkey in cwm.

Reflash Gapps, problem solved.

Hey, is notification bug fixed in this CM7.1 fixed? We tried everything... It didn't work in CM7 (5.10.2011) and we tried modifying build.prop. When you finish more important features, could you focus on this bug? Thank you for your efford. Congratulations for your work

Is there any way to get samsung keyboard working on CM7 ? I tried by replacing LatinITE.apk or something by it, did not work.
PS: I already searched and found nothing, asked in Q & A thread no one answered...

Maybe is because this isnt a cm9 port, is a AOSP port, is default ICS 4.0.3 experience like official ICS.

And another thing its highly recommended to flash this rom only for testers .....so the one who flashes ur only purpose shud be testing and reporting and this is going to be fast......no space for complain........

Why don't you just use marcellusbe guthub repository? I think you can find everything you need in it.

Yep, they work now.
Except video cam of course.
Could you please take a look at the gps too it works but partially and takes insanely long to get a fix i think the problem is that it doesn't use the a-gps data from cellphone towers.

If it's not too much may I request you to also take a look at our Ice Cream Sandwich Port? Coz it's most probably abandoned by Current Devs and if you could work it would be great if you solve some things like Camera..
well i am also working with my device for ics by now i had just solved only 4 bugs for our devices
but i made our p350 a fully working cm rom without bugs
so here i am now working with two devices at a time so on completion of cm i will overtake your ics because one is better than other
tomorrow morning i am going to give a surprise for your devices

Unfortunately I have tried a lot to fix the below bugs, but I lack the kind of reverse engineering knowledge that pro Google Camera Modders have. So I guess just pretend that its bug-free.
- Pics can't be saved to External Storage
- Beauty Mode not working. Please use another app to increase your nonexisting beauty
- (On Android 10 ROMs) The app might not appear in the launcher. Check out troubleshooting section.

- Same zip as 11P, just included the fix apk which I posted before for Pie ROMs. Now the 11.P zip should work on all Pie ROMs regardless of signature.

- Ported Camera from 1912.072
- Camera version has been bumped up to 1457
- Tighter integration with the Android System, due to changed apk signature, from Asus' signature to Aosp platform signature and small edits to the app.
- (Q specific) Some more edits were made to the apk, to be able to work on Q. Crashes were fixed.
- (Q specific) Edited edify flash script, so that the app is installed in the correct location. Due to changes in Android 10, the zip contents are now installed to /system/system.
- Removed most permissions which have no need to be explicitly granted as priv-app permissions in the xml.

I think there's bug on depth effect/portrait mode on rear facing camera..it's blank when on the mode,sometimes it's in green solid color.. Let me know if it's only me..

Can you post screenshots or logs of the issue ? Because I am not facing any such problem here... Also tell me which ROM, you are using...

I had already installed oneplus cam as system camera. that was causing the problem, its solved now. I'm on pixel experience

I think I know what you did... You removed the SET_ANIMATION_SCALE permission right ?
But I had also tried it... It still doesn't work ... Window Animation still doubles...
Anyway that is not needed now, since I have ported Stock Oreo Cam from latest Oreo OTA update ... It fixes the window animation issue.... Plus it comes with latest camera enhancements by Asus like AI Scene Detection

Thank you for the port! It works well and takes some good pictures.
Just wanted to let you know of (possibly) a bug that I am facing. I am unable to turn the shutter sound off. It is showing that it is 'disabled' but the sound still persists when I take pictures.
Front portrait mode is working?
If does I can flash custom roms at last. Use this for front and GCam for the back camera
