I am sorry there is no known method as of rooting Vivo Y15s here on XDA Developers.
You may try Kingroot.
If you still run into issues, please try posting your query here Ask any Query Newbie friendly, the experts there maybe able to assist you.

Greetings and welcome to assist. Unfortunately it looks like root is not available for your device atm. Maybe subscribe to the kingroot and framroot threads and see if they get updated
