Greetings and welcome to xda. As far as I'm aware there isn't a way to root your device without using odin and a pc, but if you look in this thread here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...ting-samsung-galaxy-core-prime-g360t-t3179664
it explains how to root your device

Yes, you can install stock 5.0.1 using odin, you may need to get the flashable file from Sammobile.com or another source for odin flashable files.
Also Cyanogenmod 12 is pre-rooted, you just need to enable root by follwing these steps:
Go to settings, about phone, then enable developer options by tapping build number 7 times. Once enabled go to developer options and look for root access then enable.

[Completed] Chainfire basic Samsung autoroot for gt-p5210

Have stock gt-p5210 with kitkat 4.4.2. Need to root only to regain sdcard usage that kitkat removed.
CF provided a table of supported devices with build level identifiers. For my device the build level id ends in UEU0CK1 which is different than the kitkat 4.4.2 build he identifies. Sorry about noobie question but can i use his autoroot on my stock machine with the stock build or must I find and flash the build number he shows in his table?
Thanks for any pointers.
Hi,
Thanks for using XDA Assist If firmware in CF Root site is of same android version (4.4.2) to which your device currently has then you can use it else you cant use it
Good Luck!
Thanks Jackeagle, yep both are 4.4.2 so I'll give it a try. Thanks for the nfo.

Samsung Galaxy Alpha 2016 Root Help

Hello, I have an A-510FD Duos version. I am bored of TouchWiz UI and want a new UI without installing a launcher. Currently my phone is on 6.0.1 with the latest security patch installed. I want a step by step guide on how to root it with the latest Odin version i.e 3.12.3 as I am a noob when it comes to these things. I have never ever rooted before. Also after a successful root I want help in choosing the right ROM. I would like to upgrade to Android 7.0 and a stock Android UI like in the pixel with Google assistant if possible. Thank you

Hi. There's no 7.0 rom available for Ax10 devices yet but you'll find TWRP recovery and root
in this thread.
There's no other root option available other than flash TWRP and trip knox.

And if there is no good ROM available, what else can I do with rooting?

I am sorry **** Put but until a compatible android version has been developed by Allwinner, you are stuck on Android 5.1.1. No custom roms are being made since Allwinner is so closed about themselves. You can however root the device with "Kingoroot" and install xposed framework and install a module called "Android N-ify."
