[Completed] Loading an app into a view - XDA Assist

Hi, my college project consists of modifying the android framework. I was trying to figure out if there is anyway to load another app like calculator into into a view in my app. I'm kinda stuck. Can any one here point me in the right direction.

I need help developing an app.

Hi XDA.
Me and my friend are currently making an app for some kind of school project. The goal is to make some kind of lockscreen. We have done everything for preperations, we even maked a base app.
Now the app is almost finished, the hardest part comes: The lockscreen part. Is there anybody who is able to help us? If yes, I will send a PM with the BetaBetaBeta version of the app.
Thanks.
PS: If this is in the wrong section, sorry. Maybe a mod can move it to the right section.

[Completed] [Q] Developing an App

I'm looking to develop an android app for my schools cafeteria.
They want an app that can display our menu choices for the day and can be changed on a day to day basis. I'm looking for any tips, considering I'm a beginner coder and would like to make this happen.
I have already installed the Android Studio and its up and running

[Completed] Android + Kiosk App

Hi Guys,
I'm looking for help and this is the last place i'm having hopes for..
I have native android app that was developed by me. and my company wants to put this app in tablet so then the app has true kiosk mode, loading on the start, auto-updating (somehow?? today I'm checking it with api call and forcing users to go to google play)
The current kiosk mode i have - isn't working that well across all the devices, Some tablets like samsung 8 inchers will cause app to crash on requesting device administrator. Some tablets don't allow me to disable turn the screen back on if user clicked on the button.
We would also like to add some AdMob and AdColony SDK's there but now the issue is that if either of this networks has a link to google play or just a web link it fires intent and kicking chrome instead which knocks my app to the background in some devices.
What do we need to do from here? I mean what do we need to find to get it done? We would be buying some specific tablets for that too so I guess we can modify ROM if that is required but I'm really don't have any clue where to start here.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
Thanks!
