[MOD]Some Old School mods II (Sense 6 | 5.0.1)

Here are some mods that I usually personally use.
So .. I'm sharing them with you.. hopefully someone will like them.
This should work on Sense 6 | 5.0.1 base only... and not advisable to flash them on heavily tweaked ROM like InsertCoin and Viper.
Only widget mods should work on most custom Sense ROMs except Viper (not tested).
Make a nandroid backup before you try in case you need to revert.

Try with SystemUI.apk from transparent NavBar mod zip.
If it still doesn't work on that different launcher, then you need to mod the launcher itself.

Reboot and then it works ☺

No idea as I never do that before ... I'll see if I can find where the lines responsible for that are but no promise ...

Any reason why the small soft key mod changes the way it looks, it seems to make the soft key area brighter compared to stock.
Also no battery mod moves the clock to the left and one of these two adds the kill all button in recent apps ?
Edit:
Flashing transparent nav bar mod fixed the issue but breaks the no battery mod. Anyway to have no battery and small soft keys with transparent nav bar without the kill all button in recent apps?

I'm sharing what I'm using on my phone
I made that clock on the left because I like it and I like lyapota's dismiss all recent app mod.
No battery mod to be flash after the transparent nav bar mod not before.
Will see when I have time to make another mod with no battery icon and no dismiss all recent app .. but not today .. family gathering.

I already made the transparent 4x1 weather widget. Will post the transparent mod tomorrow after I completed the 4x2 weather widget and a few more.

My reply was simply to share what I've noticed and in no way intended to point a finger towards you. I'm almost feeling sorry for sharing it. I was just wondering why the mentioned changes happened while they weren't mentioned.

hi - will be possible to remove the time at all too (minus transparency)? I am hoping to retain the stock notification transparency level, just minus the time at the upper right. thanks!
also, am i the only one that noticed that in the app drawer (with all of your icon apps shown), it seems that the bottom part has a bigger space than the top. can this be re-aligned equally?

htc has ruined the stock browser, gone are the quick settings and the option to invert the colours..hmm

[Mod] Custom Quick Setting Toggles for Rooted OE2

I have modified the Galaxy S6 SystemUI so that you can add custom toggles in the quick settings. For some reason Samsung went away from using the toggle icon png files that are located in the drawables (other than the "off" toggle).
You will need to install the 3 minit apk first in order to flash this first one because it has the 3 minit battery built in to it. The custom toggles I put into this download is Bobcat's theme from the Galaxy S4. Here's his thread. He does great work.

If you want to add your own toggles you will need to rename the "on" icons as "off" because the off icon is all that is being used.
Example: tw_quick_setting_icon_wifi_on.png needs to be tw_quick_panel_icon_off.png. When the icon is off it will be dimmed so you can tell the difference between the two.
Flash at your own risk. I am not responsible for anything bad that might happen to your phone. Do a backup first. I'll be adding some without the 3minit battery and a couple with different colored backgrounds.
This works on odexed roms as well. Make sure you have a root explorer installed. After flashing you will not have a status bar or toggles. Go into system/priv-app/SystemUI/arm folder. Delete the two odex files then reboot. All should be good.
Flash this 3minit apk first or your SystemUI will force close.

Really cool man. Do you thinks its possible to make a Black INK effect on the lock screen? Specifically the S3 synergy rom one that had a lot of ink and was very real looking, not the latter. Any thoughts?

I dont have s3 anymore but i always hoped that it would one day come back. Some versions didnt even include the color Black, which to me is dumb but if there is a chance to, then " Black " ink effect would be my preference.

Download the apk and click it. It will install like any other apk.

Sorry, I didn't see your post. This should change the status bar icons too. Centered blue clock, no am/ pm, and other status bar icons as well. What are you looking for? I can probably make you what you want. Do you want the Internet speed indicator on the far left of the status bar?

Haha sorry I didn't realize my question posted more than once. That would be amazing if you could make me one! I am a big fan of your work and I really like the notification icons in the 3MinitStatusBootClockBlue (http://i.imgur.com/ESVtKYZ.jpg).
Would it be possible to get those notification bar icons in white with these quick setting icons and a white clock (instead of the blue): http://i.imgur.com/KdX5xPU.jpg, http://i.imgur.com/KdX5xPU.jpg? I like the clock on the right side of the notification bar and I don't really want the internet speed.
I hope all of this isn't too much to ask.....

[MODS] Nougat status, NavBar, and 3Minit Battery

Here are a few mods for Nougat. Statusbar and NavBar for now. All should have the invisible power menu button in the upper right hand corner of the statusbar.
3Minit Battery, Battery percent, and internet speed are stand alone mods based on an experimental SystemUI for NRD90S. Seems to be working to me but I am on Plasma-uberstock mostly now. Nougat, once deodexed, cannot be modded at this time, at least by me. I combined parts of Plasma-Uberstock which is deodexed and can be modded, with stock NRD90S. It can now be modded in whole, but not in parts like individual .XMLs. If you go this route, the individual mods below the stand alone mods, will not work and you will bootloop. As always, you will need to install the 3Minit Resources apk prior to installing these mods.

There is only one way to get rid of that. That Is to make the keyguard statusbar background the same as the statusbar background. This will usually result in a black lockscreen statusbar. I can make one for you if you are okay with that. Some people don't care for it. I have a black lockscreen already. I don't believe there has been a way around this since Marshmallow.

Flashed center clock mod and cannot swipe down to access quick settings from the right side. It just doesn't react, as if the screen doesn't work at all in that area.

The extreme right side is where the invisible power menu is. I can remove it for you if you don't want it.

I never did get bootloader option working but neither one is possible until Nougat can be deodexed.

I never could get recovery or bootloader but I did have reboot. However, those are only possible when this is finally deodexed and this hasn't happened yet.

Is there Center Clock with stock 5 button NAVBAR?

[MODS] 7.1.2 (Magisk Version included) Statusbar, Navbar, Aroma installer

These are mostly the same mods from my preview thread. That thread was too full so I'm starting a new one. There are still two bases you have to choose from. One with a stock battery, one with my rainbow battery (changes color every percent the battery charge drops). Before you flash either you MUST install the 3 Minit resources app first. I also strongly recommend that you flash the signature check disabler after that. Wipe dalvik following that flash. It will take a bit for it to boot back up. You can remove the 3 Minit battery afterwards. I have found that it is much easier to remove things rather than adding them later.
If you ever get stuck on Google during boot, try booting back to recovery and boot system again.
The Aroma's come with the following options:
Invisible Power button on far right side of Statusbar
Night Light enabled
Navbar height adjustment
3 Minit battery
One Percent Battery Mod with 7 different batteries
Colored statusbar icons
Colored Navbar Icons
Colored Traffic speed meter up over down or separately. Up and down can be different colors.

Magisk Module Maker takes the selected mods then makes a TWRP flashable Magisk Module of that selection. It can be flashed without rebooting first as it transfers it directly to your sdcard. Credit goes to @djb77 for his fantastic Magisk evilvrthemer template located here.

Android File Host seems to be having an issue with the Stock Battery Base ,where there are no mirrors and therefore cannot download. Can you please at least temporarily upload a mirror on this one? Thanks for all the hard work on these mods, Tulsadiver. They are very much appreciated.

I have no idea what is going on but I am redoing them one at a time. I'm down to the dynamic navbar and will continue until all are replaced.

Install 3 Minit resources app. Flash the signature disable flash. Wipe dalvik afterwards. Flash the base. Then flash the dynamic navbar. If you don't want 3minit or Internet speed, flash the remove 3minit and speed zip. Best to reboot in between zips.

[MOD] Aroma Magisk Module Maker 8.1 June Update

Flash in TWRP.
This Aroma has all the mods from my normal Aroma but there is one last step. Like the other, you must flash one of the bases at the bottom of the Aroma first. One is stock WiFi-Dara icons, one includes traffic up-down arrows. Then flash any other mods you may like in any order. When done, flash the very first option which is the Magisk Module Maker. It will make a zip in a folder on your sdcard called magisk.zip. After you back out of the Aroma, go to that folder and flash that zip and reboot. I did notice that QS background doesn't play nicely with live wallpapers though that might be semi-transparent only.
The Aroma comes with the following options:

The 3 Column QS option is a mod. Flash a base first, then 3 Column. There are now mods for 5, 6, or 7 column QS.
If you want Navbar gone, flash the one that matches your Navbar height. Base is 36 dip. There are 3,4,5,6,7 QS column options for Navbar gone. (There is an option near the bottom for putting an invisible Home button on the left side of statusbar for those times when LMT or other 3rd party navbars don't kick in for whatever reason). Then can select other mods.

@Tulsadiver what does full SystemUI tuner mean? Is that like how some custom ROMs used to expose every icon so you could hide them? Including the ones like the VPN key that you normally can't hide on stock?

It isn't an option. It is included in the bases.

Ah, my bad! thanks again for putting this together. It's working great!

One last question is there a way to increase the padding on the left side of the screen? When I pull my notifications down all the text and icons are a few pixels away from the edge of the screen instead of having the same padding as the notifications on the status bar.

It's the Google product sans font. There's a magisk module for it. The only issue is the colon on AOD turns into a square in the time.

Try something for me. Unzip the aroma. Go to Magisk folder. Delete the config.sh file. Zip back up and try again. If you aren't comfortable doing that I'll do it. Give me a bit.
