@Eliminator
Thanks for the new build.
I had your build from 17-10-2016 installed yesterday but there where some problems with it.
1* alert slider did not work
2* dash charge seemed not to work correct
3* battery drain whas huge ( lose over night 22%)
4* battery percentage did not work ( but this seems not to work on other cm14 build to)
I did clean install
1* cleared cache
2* dalvik cache
3* data
4* system
Flashed Opc 3.26
Flashed rom
Flashed nano gapps 7.x.x
Flashed super su 2.78-r1
Are the above problems fixed in the latest build?
I reverted back to your awesome RR cm13 build for now.
The 17-10-2016 whas further smoothly and fast.
Thanks for the awesome work.
Regards
ysco..

Im guessing this ROM has the reboot when accessing power menu while under a theme. AICP has it and based on CM too.

I've had a cleanup in here guys and I'd prefer not to have to return for more of the same.
Please keep things on-topic and civil from now on.
Thanks.

@Eliminater love the Rom smooth and stable :good: just a quick suggestion (a little OT but relevent) I use Xda labs and for some reason none of you OP links are clickable in any of your threads. maybe a format issue idk? (something to do with brackets i suspect) I still manage to get the links (>quote>highlight>copy) but thought I might bring this to your attention in case you weren't aware
Thx

Vibration when call connect and vibration when call cut, not working... i wish that feature will be available in next update.
Is there any custom kernel work with this ROM? Please suggest.

There are no custom kernels for this ROM yet, it is android 7.0, N, CM14 based. Boeffla and elemental X kernels are for CM13, M, not CM14.

I'll add to that. Please don't flash a CM13 or OOS Marshmallow based kernel in Nougat. You will most likely brick your device.
To the guy who suggested this, please read up on the kernels before you go suggesting this to someone else. You could've caused the guy a real headache.

Using this rom I have found one annoying bug:to let the fingerprint scanner/home button work after that I have unlocked the device,I have to tap it or another key and then it will work.Hope to help you to fix this problem

The screenshot proves nothing, only that you got an N rom to boot with a M kernel. I can get an OOS rom to boot with a CM kernel and vice versa, and take that screenshot. But will the rom run well, and optimized, and does it make sense.... No

Proves that i use it as a DD, no bugs at all. I got better performance and battery life. And i get all ex features. Check boeffla thread. You didnt actually test it and you pretend to know. Test and enjoy. Not going to waste more time with you.

Wow, Great work! crDroid was very fast on my Moto g 2015 so im sure this will be fast on my S3/Le 2!
Flashed it...Few Bugs that I encountered....
1.while on the initial setup screen everything went good till adding fingerprint.but as soon as I completed adding my first fp and clicked finish, phone automatically Rebooted without any sim card (no network) then again I manually Rebooted , network came back and added fp manually from settings.
2.Clicking on other sounds in Sound section, settings automatically closes so not able to turn off touch sounds, charging sounds and others and also not able to turn off Vibration(I mean hepatic feedback) (If there is any settings regarding Vibration plz let me know).
3. Flashlight is not working.
4.Camera is not working as soon as I open, it automatically closes within a sec
5.Phone automatically reboots after turning on then off the airplane mode
6. Will report more as I'll come across.
And yes VoLTE is working SUPER FINE without any tweaks everything default settings.
Hi. Thanks for your work! But one wish: you can make to the Hall sensor working at closing the flip cover? as at stock ROM.

What Doesn't Work:
- Calling sucks, see comment below.
==============================
If you want to use this tablet for phone calls, see THIS post before installing.
==============================
==============================
WIFI WORKS - BUT, If you have an issue with wifi not working AND your mac address shows a value starting with 02:00:00, do not post about it UNLESS you take a dmesg log (immediately after a reboot) and post it with your message. Google can tell you how to take dmesg log or see THIS thread.

FIt's of all, congrats for the new thread specially for crDroid. I like it since it has many features and customization, and support Sony's OMS
It's regret my WiFi problem persists as we discussed on LineageOS' thread. I'm quite sure that /efs partition is the culprit. Unfortunately I don't have a backup.
Anyway, thanks for the ROM.
Just a suggestion, maybe you could build Resurrection Remix and AICP as well, as long as your time allows. TIA
Have a great day.

Did you ever try editing your mac again?
We already have RR thread and I can't seem to get AICP builds to boot anymore, so I've moved to this rom.

Yes, I did edit .mac.cob, tried to use macloader you sent me but no success.
Maybe @Thanhtho96 and others T311 owners can help me. Thanks.
Where is the link for RR thread? Thanks.
I moved to this from your linage 14 rom and all works well. It was a clean install with nano gapps Only issue I had was after flashing the over clock kernal from the linage thread, my wifi stopped working.
I got that mac 2xxxxxx problem. Reflashed rom again and not the oc kernel and wifi works perfectly.
Im on the T310.
Thanks for another great rom

Jr--gr8nole mentioned in the Lineage thread that flashing the OC kernel on the recent builds will disable the WIFI; I asked before flashing. I assume that he's busy with the ROM builds to tinker with the OC kernel. Or perhaps he can't get it to work with crDroid.
With patience, we await.
I only mentioned because for me on linage it does not break my wifi. I was on the latest linage with the oc kernel and my wifi worked great on my 310.

Right. He mentioned that wifi will break with the OC kernel on his latest 1 or 2 Lineage builds.
New builds are up. You MUST upgrade TWRP to version 3.1.0-1 in order for the Magisk to be installed properly during initial rom install. The install script uses busybox to flash the magisk zip, but our previous TWRP didn't have busybox (now it does).

Yeah, they have a date compare function in the very first line of the update-script that doesn't seem to be working correctly. I will remove it and re-upload (or you can edit it to remove the first line if you don't want to re-download).
Edit: Ok, all have been re-uploaded

and the bugs you had in RR you could resolve in crDroid??
I have the crDroid v3.4 on my Nexus 7 and i am very happy with it.
what is the difference with your´s v3.3 for this Lenovo and the crDroid v3.4 of Nexus 7?
I have in this moment the beta of LineageOS from Matshiah and EinerDa and is working very fine on my Lenovo. Today i made succesfull the todays update.
Now i would try your´s crDroid, how i do it? dirty flash? and then supersu 2.82?
@lonespeaker can you give me a short feedback? thanks

The bugs in RR are so entwined within the RR source code I coudn't work out how to fix them and then I came across crDroid which offers the same features (from what I could tell)... I've not come across any bugs so far.
My v3.3 is I guess now out of sync with the crDroid releases, I'll make an update within the next day.
You can simply dirty flash and all should be ok. Don't flash gapps at the same time as the rom as it appears to not work properly afterwards. supersu is fine too

Really very happy!
I made a backup now with TWRP 3.1.1.
My question:
is it possible to put the date in the backup-folder-name as the LineageOS rom does? So it´s easier to organize the backup-files.
your´s backup-folder is: 1970-09-09.......N2G470
and when i did the backup with LineageOS i had the correct date (of backup) and lineage_YTX703F-.......
perhaps you can make this with the v3.4 ??

I'll see what I can do
how i make the update to the crDroid v3.4 now? i made a backup with TWRP and also the apps with Titanium Pro. But some new apps with lots of configurations like Kodi and others are not included yet in my Titanium Backup.
So i would like to try a dirty flash (wipe only dalvik and cache) and then install a new rom 3.4.
Do you think, it´s possible?
I tried update in crDroid settings, but this is not working (yet), right?

perfect upgrade to v3.4 with dirty flash - thanks a lot for your great job!!

I flashed suspersu and now it is ok.
I don´t remember, but i think when i installed first time v3.3 was not necessary to flash supersu...?? but i am not sure.
@lonespeaker. Is there a plan, that you also make an extended rom-version included Substratum and MicroG similar the rom from @matshias and @DerEineDa?
What is your opinion about MicroG?
I am very content now with your version, all working fine, thanks a lot.

microG allows to have a slim installation without the many Google apps preinstalled. You can look here https://microg.org
sorry i am not a developer, only user, so i cannot explain better.
the substratum are themes, which are modern now (for example everything shown in the display in "black" background).
For example this theme from the playstore: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=projekt.substratum&hl=de
what i am missing on my actual Lenovo with your rom is the ElementalX Kernel which i have on my Nexus 7. But i know, this is not possible, because they did not prepair the Kernel for this Lenovo device.
With that Kernel i use the double tap of the display to get to sleep my device.
Perhaps you can integrate this double click for sleep also in your actual rom?? What do you think.
I want to avoid to use the lausy power button of the Lenovo tablet, i am afraid that he will break one day using it to often
also the double click is much more confortable in the daily use.

I don't have a server to compile roms right now, you can try to add the language by your self ( Do a research) or someone here could help you.

in advance THANK YOU for responding, now with regard to adding a language, regretted saying that I searched and there is not much information, on the pages (possibly because of the location) now if you would like to help me with a short guide, I would be grateful to you, Otherwise, I could wait for the next build with the hope that it will be multilanguage, since you are the only dev for this device.

Well, I am afraid that there will be no more builds, since I no longer have a server.. maintaining a server cost you a lot of money and I build roms only for fun.
Beside that I have to do a research by myself to see how to add or enable a language in the rom source, I thought the roms have multi language already.. So I have to look to find out what I missed and I sorry I won't bother since I am not going to make a build in the end.
Sorry, if I sound disappointing.. maybe someone else can help you, just ask users in the other threads, some of them speak Spanish, they might have a workaround for you.

you do not have to offer an apology, you have done too much with the ports, I will continue my search with the hope of finding a solution, and someday, you will return with a multilanguage rom, thank you, many blessings for you and your family.

Did you apply patches before building ROM?

add minimal changes, when compiling.
based on the device tree of Mysteryagr
Yes I understand that.
What I'm talking about is that there will be a "patches" directory in device tree.
You have to browse to that directory using terminal & then run "install.sh" script.
You have to that before you build ROM using lunch.
Also make sure you're having mt67xx common device tree before building.

Sorry for my confusion!! I had thought that you had the Motorola Moto C Plus (panelli) instead of the Motorola moto C (namath) (not plus)
(((for that reason he had answered that there were other ROMs for the Moto C Plus panelli that had the Spanish language)))
Oms support?
