[Completed] Secure Device, Unsecure Image error LGUP - XDA Assist

Hi, I hope i am in the right place as this is the first time i have come for help on xda-forums. for over two days, i've explored every nook and cranny of the web looking for ways to unbrick my LG-VS425PP. After 38647856789 years, I found a hopeful solution.
I set up a type of flash/update program displayed as "LGUP". Took a good chunk of my day to set it up (goddamn common.dll) but I got it. I was so hyped! I finally got it working and my phone connected to it it was in download mode and i selected my LGVS425PP kdz file and ran it hypehypehy-
ERROR: Secure Device, Unsecure image. 0x2000
why me
I died a little inside. I tried quite a few places, and the closest I got was someone saying its $20.00 to pay for them to disable/delete "qfuse" which is what supposedly caused it.
No thanks
So, I decided to hit up xda-forums, it seemed a bit promising. I didn't want to put to much info in case it was unneeded, so If any is needed I'd appreciate it.
My phone can load recovery mode and download mode and everything, only can't start up due to error "Security Error Authentication Fail #9 [Modified]"
I am trying to flash it back to stock like it was brand new. Thank you in advance, Root.

[Completed] [Q] Could we please start a forum specifically for ZTE Supreme/Vital/Quantum/N9810?

I've been searching for info specifically for rooting/CWM'ing/ROM'ing this phone for a couple of weeks now and this device seems to be the bastard child of the Android world. If I owned a ZTE Blade I would be fine already. I know that help for this device exists somewhere, but using the XDA search tool doesn't pull up anything. I've searched for "Supreme", "Vital", "Quantum", ZTE in general, etc, etc, and the only thing that comes up is the LG Quantum which is obviously no help at all. And it seems that none of the other Android "help" sites have any better luck with specific information for this device (it's always a "this works for most devices, but your mileage may vary" kind of thing).
Basically I broke my phone from Virgin Mobile, bought a cheap used one in good condition off of eBay, but unfortunately the new one is tied to Sprint. Doing an ADB backup/restore from one device to the other does not copy over any of the carrier information so that was no help. It appears that this info would be copied over with a Nandriod backup, but I can't do this until I install CWM. I can't use ROM Manager to flash in a CWM image because this is not a "supported" device. I've tried using fastboot but it just waits forever for the device to connect whether I have the ZTE or Google USB drivers installed. I've tried flash_image but it throws an error saying the recovery partition was not found. I've tried just about every solution I can find any hint of anywhere online and I'm at the end of my rope. The only good news is that I was at least able to root my device using KingRoot! It's everything after that which has been the problem... I'm hoping somebody here can point out a link to a GOOD source for exactly how to at least load CWM for this specific device so I can get Nandroid going. Ordinarily I wouldn't mind experimenting with building this from source myself, and I'm sorry for taking the lazy approach and asking for somebody else to do the grunt work, but I work 12-16 hours a day and just don't have the brainpower available to deal with this right now. I just want my phone back!
As a second item, I would very much like at some point to play with loading Lollipop on this device. I've found a link which on the surface seems to have good info, but then when you try to download the image they hold the data hostage and expect you to "complete these dozen offers". NO, I'm not going to give them all of my personal info, and I'm also not going to jump through their bs marketing hoops. But anyway, this is entirely secondary to getting my replacement phone up and running. The link to this info I found is:
cwm-twrp-recovery.org/2015/03/zte-vital-n9810-5511.html
Copious thanks in advance for helping me to keep my sanity!

[Completed] HTC m8 S ON restore to default please help (it s a funny story)

Hi guys
My story is funny. I was on the subway listening to something via streaming. Because my internet connection was bad i decided to restart my phone. While it was restarting I put it in my pocket as i had to get of the train. I pick it up again and I get a white screen with the message:
software status: modified
locked
security warning
and other details
I contact htc support and they say they can t help because they say that some one tried to root my phone!
now I am stuck with a phone that apparently is useless.
I found a file named 0p6bimg on the net which apparently is called a ruu file and might help to re install android but each time I try to download it winzip says it is corrupted.
I am located in sweden if that is of any importance.
hope someone can help.
Thanks guys

[Completed] screen of THL 5000 not working even after flashing it with stock rom

Hello
I had a phone which I unfortunately downloaded malware , you can ask but you will see naiveity and mistakes I made.
Anyhow.... I had to flash my phone THL 5000 mkt6592 and was not sure how, even after google searching etc. I eventually downloaded the Latest (after the first version I thought was the latest it was the top one in the web page but the latest was the bottom :-/ ) worked... to an extant. I flashed and formatted and downloaded the ROM I got from the THLphoneshop.
First thing i did- I bricked my phone all well and good hopefully the virus/malware is gone.
1) I thought everything was great, the malware that installed a ROM without any text was no longer seen (positive to an extant).
2a) I then tried again and the phone worked with the imei not being valid without my sim card as I don't want to put it in yet till I fix it.
2b) The touchscreen does not work properly, I press the top to try to select a button in the centre ... I have read similar things but not sure what to do.
3) My phone is now looping in the reset, I have tried to boot in safe mode hoping this would be fixed, I will try again and flash again but not sure. I have tried various tutorials.
androidmtk website was where I got it from, .... what was ROM with my rom sorry for the Intended pun... what was wrong my rom or with what I did?
Is the Rom Rom? (Is the ROM wrong? intended pun again... are there rules for the number of bad jokes in messages? )
Are there other better ROMS I can use which are just as secure, and easy for a newbie like me to put on my phone?
Thanks in advance.
Harry

[Completed] PLEASE HELP! Deleted everything with TWRP on LG G3

Hello Guys,
First of all, let me say sorry for my non-professional English, I'm from Hungary.
I managed to delete all the data on my LG G3 D855 using TWRP, after long hours of trying to install that freaking Xposed, then when i finally got it, it kept crashing when I tried to download any modules.
After that my stock Google Apps started crashing, and when i tried to reinstall them, using the zip file called Gapps, they kept crashing still.
Then I tried factory reset, and the LG startup app crushed all the time and started the first set up progress from the beginning over and over again.
So now I have ended up without every single file that has been on my phone, except for my SD Card.
Tried this method: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2785089
But it stops at 60% at LG Mobile Phone Update and the "Your phone is disconnected window keeps popping up"
Tried to flash a Zip file using TWRP, but it says Failed
Tried many-many-many things in between these processes I've mentioned but I'm sorry i can't even remind what I did, Its 2:55 AM , and I've been sitting here trying to make it work since 6PM, so please excuse me for that.
I'm sorry I'm really tired, I know I shouldn't have messed up with things i know nothing about, but I was mistaken, so the only hope for me that's left is someone who is willing to help me.
Thank You!

[Completed] Getting back to stock android

I bought a 2nd hand SM-G920F. It was rooted and I really prefer an unrooted device to get the OTA. Anyhow, I went to unroot the device and it didn't go so well. It bombed right at the very end of the odin step. So I ran it again with the same rom. No luck. Right now I have a fairly expensive paperweight. I can get it to boot into recovery and download modes. I have TWRP installed on the damn thing, but the touchscreen isn't working. I can move files around with adb and fastboot, but I can't really get it do anything. I keep getting the waiting for devices thingy. It appears as if there's no OS on the phone right now, just a file structure that I can manipilate thru an adb shell. Any help would be appreciated.
