Hi guys .. can you share the backup NVRAM.bin of your phone 'cuz i have a problem of my unit my phone detects a sim name of our carrier but it says NO SERVICE, both sims, in Wifi also it can detect wifi networks but can't connect, also in bluetooth, i always refresh it to scan but cannot found nearby devices, and also when i used the wifi-hotspot to activate the Shareit apk but it says restart hotspot, it keeps restarting .. i think the NVRAM has been damaged
last time i've remembered, this phone was deadboot and i flashed the firmware through SP Flash Tool .. i've used FORMAT ALL + DOWNLOAD option, it's working now but i cannot use the wireless connections .. when i checked the scatter firmware, there is no nvram.bin on the folder
someone else here who has a good heart to share his NVRAM or full backup rom ?? much better if its already flashable

ME to same problem my hand set wroking fine with network but some time its going hang then i formate with sp tolls i did't take nvram backup . after i restore my imei but now my phone no service and say only oprater name like (no servive /idea).
i restore aslo same phone nv backup with sp tolls nv write sucess not still same no service
my nv address starat 0*180000 end 0*50000 Mtk 6582(model lenova s850)

Have you checked all of your network settings?
Have you tried searching to find if there is a secret dialer menu to control your radio settings?

ok i've got a note 4 clone i occidentally bricked it when i tried to flash an miui rom zip in cwm. now It wont turn on anymore ,but it gets detected at the device manager (Mtk usb v com) although it keeps connects and disconnects, what i have is a cwm backup i cant get spft to download the cwm backup i also dont have a scatter file i tried to load an mtk scatter file for the mtk chip 6572 didn't work either spft says there is a mismatch and sometimes DRAM FAIl error messages any ideas?

Hello, this is herna from XDA Assist.
I´m sorry for what you faced with your device, but this is the main problem about buying and using clone devices. I can´t help with that since there a ton of clones and most of clones use to be very poor devices.
My suggestion is you to try to reach whoever sent you the device or the company which created it, or try to search on Google for someone who also has the device.
As a personal suggestion, if you are out of money, next time you buy a device, and wanna custom it and play with it like you tried with your device, try to reach some Motorola or "most famous" device, where you will have a bigger development under it, and you will have solutions for almost all the troubles.
I wish you get back your device on working, and also wish you to spend a nice weekend.
Im in deep problem and im unable to solve
its about my acer liquid e39 and just to make it clear im a nood to the whole flashing of android
now wat happen i have a habit to always keeping the settings( unknown sources ) on
the the other day i download a antivirus for my phone named (e mobile security and antivirus) from a torrent site
it worked grate but then i realized the the licences expired from 2014 so i decided try and download a new one
well i was hoping i could fined one in which i did.
now after i downloaded it i placed it in (Android Data com.eset.ems2 ) folder
any way after doing so the antivirus keep tell me the the downloaded file was a molar so i ignore it and poof that wen the phone start acting up things starts to force close and the phone start to restart by it self i have tried
uninstall an remove the program
factory reset the pone and the virus was still there thats wen the idea to flash a different single sim stock ROM
not realizing i should have backed up the original ROM
ive download a stock rom from (xda) did 3 times yep 3 times and a triple sim stock ROM also
after using the sptool to flash on the stock rom
Firmware (Acer_AV0K0_E39_1.011.00_EMEA_GEN1S )when it was done i unplug the usb and turnd on the phone it took awhile then i saw the welcome screen i sow so glad to see it :good: until i touched the screen trying to press next nothing happen
1. the touch was not working at all but it detect my sim card
i flash the phone 3 times and got the same problem
i open the sp flash tool to flash (Acer_AV0K0_E39_1.019.00_EMEA_CUS1)
Saw the welcome screen and the touch was working very well after finishing the set up the phone is telling me
2. Invalid imei
3. No sim card detected in slot 123
yet the card is in the phone and wen i remove the card the phone is saying( sim1 has been changed, the phone will restart immediately)

Its been a whole day since my phone stopped working properly. Suddenly, there was no network, neither mobile or wi-fi. I've tried every SIM card i had, still nothing, like there is no SIM card at all. When the wi-fi is turned on, it finds networks, but it wont connect to any of them. Settings -> About phone -> Baseband version - Unknown! I've done the complete reset and nothing has changed.
I am not technically minded, so if anyone can tell me what's wrong and if i can fix it in a simple way. Or should i take it to a service?

- do you have any backup EFS ( if you have do before on TWRP ) if yes flash it and all will be fine
- did you have play with your IMEI ?
- did you have deleted by any way ( adb , root's app ECT...) modemst1 & modemst2 ?
If you can provide more detail also pleas like what you have do for get that if what I have say here is not what you have do , thanks

Hello, I was having issues with my phones (ZTE MAX XL N9560) cellular network, being that although I was having no problems with my phones signal and even had good data connection on my phone I realized I couldn't receive any calls or text messages on the phone, It simply didn't work anymore...The network was good, internet connection was also good but I noticed carrier services such as text messaging were simply not working and to cap it all off, My wireless tethering mobile hotspot was also not working too. I tried tinkering with the network settings even using the android hidden menu *#*#4636#*#* to change the network bands trying to see if it would somehow solve my dilemma but ALL to no avail. So I finally decided to flash the stock rom of the phone in desperate hopes it would be my saving grace but as LUCK would have it the flashing process failed. The QFIL software I was using to flash the stock gave me a FLASH FAIL: FIREHOSE.MBN WAS UNABLE TO LOAD THE IMAGE; AND THAT WAS THE HAMMER ON THE NAIL FOR MY PHONE IT HARD BRICKED. So right now I'm left with a dead phone unable to to power it on, go to FTM mode and even worse it wont boot to EDL mode(Emergency Download Mode) which would have given me hopes to restore the phone. I'm only able to boot it to the ZTE HANDSET DIAGNOSTIC MODE which enables my computer to identify the phone. I've tried using several other qualcomm and zte device flashers and its either I get a FAIL UNABLE TO SWITCH TO EDL MODE or it flat out wont work at all

if you got the right firehouse programmer and you have qfil/qset set up right with your files in the right places...and the correct ROM/firmware....I'm gonna ask you a crazy question ..Doesthe folder that your rom is in probably have the name of the firmware build like when downloaded normally right?? but I was in a similar situation with an alcatel I dug and dug and on Qualcoms dev site and I dont wanna search for it because it would probably take a month to locate the web site said with instructions to change the name of your ROM file to a file name with just 7 numbers not matching... I used 8675309 and it worked...my jaw dropped and I had fastboot
