[Q] Help me I format /system and the tablet no started

Help me,
I have change the touchscreen of my tablet and this no work.
the I tried to root my tablet and accidentally I select format /system
then my tablet no started and this show in the screen:
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/command
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/log
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log
How I can install the android again?

Find a ROM in the android development thread and flash it. You should be good then. Just make sure the ROM is compatible with whichever bootloader you are on.

how I can do that?

[Q] no boot after CMW recovery install.

Please HELP.
I have rooted my asus eee pad transformer tf101.
I did this with OneClickTransformerRoot, you can download it here:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1689193
When the root was finished my device still worked.
After a while I installed ClockWorkModRecovery 6.0.1.3.
Then I boot into the recovery...
I found errors like:
E:Can't Mount /cache/recovery/command
E:Can't Mount /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log
Finally I choose the option 'reboot system now' and there was no boot.

[Q] problem while installing android 4.3 on wave 1

I was installing android 4.3 on sd on my wave phone ,but when I open the recovery mode I found these lines down the screen through out the installation process saying
" E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/command
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't open/cache/recovery/log
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E:Can't open/cache/recovery/last_log "
and installation does not complete and another error appears which I don't remember but installation stops !!!!
so what is this and how could it be solved ?

can anybody help me to install cwm? I've tried several ways of tutorials and the result there is an error like this.

I have tried several ways via Odin, via script manager, via a terminal emulator. and the result there is an error as above.

iam using an OPPO NEO 3 (R831K)
i tried to update CMW but some thing happen ,,,:
i install the CWM recovery via CMW (older version v5.5.0.4)
after that it said success but when i reboot recovery
this what it said :
