i can able to turn on usb storage only ..
Is my phone dead ?
in terms of that, you would'nt get to enter recovrry mode and fastboot mode, now the setupwizard aren't working, and because of that you can't go into the os,if you doesn't do the factory reset thing, this can be avoided because the setupwizard isn't required for the phone to be working when you have actually used it.

Hello guys. I just got my N5 and ofc rooted it , unlocked bootloader. Then when I booted it into recovery mode ( CWM recovery) I did factory reset as ussually. Then I realised that all my files on card were deleted os I couldnt even flash CM. I tried to pull off the battery. Right now phone does not want to boot into fasboot mode or normal boot. But it can be seen via pc. Is there any way to fix it? I am sure in 99% that this is a problem of deleted software not hardware. Right now its coneted to pc and the screen is on ( but it does not show anything. just pure black).

Connect the phone to the pc and type in cmd: adb devices (should see a serial number), if so type: adb reboot bootloader. Do you get into bootloader mode then? BTW did you format data or data factory reset?

Hi all. When i turn on my phone in fastboot mode,it only tries to reinstall the firmware update to b180 version. I have tried to solve the problem by deleting the dload folder but nothing changes and i am forced to reboot anytime. So i have no chance to unlock the bootloader and root my phone. Is there a way to fix such problem? Thanx in advance for the attention.
Then you are not in fastboot mode but in Recovery Mode.
In Fastboot mode B 180 is not installed but in recovery mode
In Fastboot mode, you can only unlock the bootloader and IMG Files flash
Boot your Mate 8 normal or can you Power off?

or you can use usual method:
connect phone to charger/PC and turn off your phone. Hold power + vol up button and counting will begin. When counting ends, hold for 2 sec more and it should boot to recovery.

When you get to the no command screen you have to press power + volume up. There's a trick to it, I don't get it all the time either.

For the two -Step 2
*Magisk Manager don't want to download zip and create patched boot image. Nothing happens

That is Factory Reset Protection which keeps your data safe if someone tries to reset it, you can easily disable it.
If you are currently in fastboot mode you could type fastboot reboot And your phone should reboot. If not go into fastboot mode by holding down vol button when plugging in to PC.
Good luck!
But is not even working (the command) fastboot reboot

Can you walk me through the process? Im having the same issue
hold the volume down button and then connect your device in your computer
download adb if you dont have it and open the location in terminal (find yt tutorials for this if you dont know how)
then just enter
Code:
fastboot reboot
// if it didnt work try
.\fastboot reboot
hi, I hope I'm in the right place to get help with my issue. my Ace is in a reboot loop that i can't seem to get it out of. i have tried force rebooting and lt will not enter into recovery mode so that each time i would hit recovery mode the screen goes blank for a few seconds then the moto logo (M powered by Android) screen comes on with vibration for six seconds then again to blank repeating this loop until i again hold power and volume down buttons. I do have a lot of apps installed but this phone has a whole lot of memory that came with it. I am hoping this forum may have some ideas to help me rectify this issue. thank you.
While connected to a pc, enter the fastboot - w command. This will erase the internal memory and your phone should be able to boot.

I did what you adviced and I was instructed to enable debugging or fastboot mode in order to be able to rescue. But if I was able to do either one of those that means I wouldn't need help booting up. follow what I'm saying? because I would have to get into the settings to enable debugging or fastboot mode, somthing I can't do because my phone will not boot up.
To enable fastboot moode, hold the power button and the volume down button at the same time. This should put you in the right place. You should get red text that says you are in fastboot mode. If not, go to https://t.me/motoblankflash and ask for help.
