Hi , I have phicomm energy E653 phone. From past half year its working good, suddenly home and menu buttons are stopped working. What to do please help me ?

After 2 weeks my new moto g2 (5.02) showing problems with the touch and it is not responding. i can only swipe the notification bar in and out That"s all.
and if i touch to open the app drawer or any other app in the homescreen its not working but all the 3 touch buttons are working.
i guess what"s the problem with it , pls HELP ME.....................................

Whenever I shutdown my phone and then I power it on, it gets stuck on boot logo then suddenly shutsdown.
I can only power on my phone by going into TWRP>Reboot>System.
I'm sick of this problem, Please help me.

i have a mtk6592 device. i flashed stock rom yesterday than my touch screen and navigation place was broke. it work just its pen. help pls

Hi. Kind greetings to you. I happen to have reset my sisters phone, hard reset(Power Button + Volume Key) twice yesterday. But now when i try to switch it on it just displays the logon screen then shows that spinning(loading) circle and stops there. Please kindly assist, Kind regards.
