I somehow extracted contacts2.db file from nandroid but i dont know how to convert it into .vcf format as i am a total noob and i dont have any programming skills/knowledge.

Searching would have told you this and as from your post I am thinking this is not your device and in that case no help will you find.
I accidentally deleted some important conversations from my Whatsapp on my Galaxy note 4 and iam trying to find out if its possible to restore them. I went to my root folder to whatsapp/databases and inside there are encrypted files, each one of several kb,of my conversations for example: msgstore.db.crypt8. I even sent these files to my email to have them available in the future. So my question is if its possible to open there files somehow? Thanks.

Yes, but you first need to extract the key. See: WhatsApp Key/DB Extractor
Hi, can we decrypt a db.crypt8 file without a key?
I had files in "Safe Folder" in Files app by Google. I accidentally deleted the Files app data. Now I can't see the encrypted files in the safe folder. I am feeling helpless.
Those files were really important. I can see all those files are in the .FilesByGoogle folder in the encrypted from. Please help me to decrypt / restore them.
PLEASE HELP
Thanks in advance,

What encryption technique Google Files app use for encrypting Safe Folder files ?
Please help
You can access the files if you install the Google Files app again

No, that's not the case. If I reinstall Google Files app, and use the same PIN as before, it shows an empty Safe Folder with an error message: "Some files on your SD card can't be opened on this device. They may belong to another safe folder or they may be corrupted." (Screenshot attached)
Please help me to restore those files from the .FilesByGoogle folder.
Haven't heard or read that the Safe Folder folder created and managed by Google Files app can get corrupted out of nowhere.
Somebody from Google Files team over there?
Please help.

Google uses the ChaCha20 stream cipher and Poly1305-AES authenticated encryption to encrypt files in Files by Google Safe Folder
