Used Phone Suggestion? - General Questions and Answers

Hi guys,
I am wanting to buy a new (used) phone for myself. I am in the range of £200 (GBP).
Requirements
CUSTOM ROM SUPPORT! (Unlocked Bootloader etc. (Easy S Off or whatever is relevant to the brand, so the phone is fully free))
1080P+
Relitavely New Processor
2GB+ RAM
Large Storage (or SD Card)
Fingerprint Sensor (Suggest some without too)
I currently have the Samsung Galaxy S4, so upgrades to that!
Thanks for your time and suggestions.

[Q] Need rec for QWERTY phone

Hi all,
I need to get back to a QWERTY phone, but not sure which one to buy and from where.
The criteria are:
- Android (don't care about the version)
- swappable battery (or eventually user replaceable with a bit of effort like say iphone 4s)
- decent screen size
- 4g support (going to be used in the UK).
In terms of where I can buy it, the options are Hong Kong, India, and of course the UK.
I've read quite a few of the threads, but models either need hardware mods (Photon Q), are USA only (Samsung Stratosphere), or don't support 4G (Galaxy relay). I'm sure someone out there who knows their phones has worked this out, but if not, any pointers/guidance would be appreciated.
Thanks!!
Raj

Buying Advice: want a dual boot Android - Windows 10 tablet (UK)

Hi, as above need advice for my son's Xmas present and apart from getting a China tab with long delivery times, my options are limited.
Ideally want one that's well supported with ROMs for future proofing if possible.
Thanks in advance for any guidance.
