Add lyrics to MP3 that the built-in player could show it? - Honor 8 Questions & Answers

I saw the option that the bult-in music player could show lyrics to my music. I used MP3tag and added tag: UNSYNCEDLYRICS with my lyrics lik that: xxx||Lyrics which was working on my computer but unfortunatelly the default EMUI music player on my Honor 8 did not show anything.
So I am asking your help kindly that how should I do it because I would like to see the lyrics of some songs when I am playing them and swiping left the album cover?

I think the default player only supports LRC files not MP3 tags.

it supports lyrics files.
but the files should be renamed to .trc issted of .lrc and should be placed in musiclrc folder in sd card

How do you even do it?!
I have an honor 8 too but dont know how to add lyrics please tell me

Here I mentioned how can you add Lyrics in Default Huawei Music player

Well. I have a question.
How can I add lyrics to a song . I mean I want to add text inside of music not a player then when I share that music or copy it in my laptop see the lyrics.

MIUI music player has lyrics.
MIUI Music or SE Themed MIUI Music
The way the iPhone gets the lyrics is by the MP3 file itself. You add it to the Lyrics tab under the "get info" option when you right click the song. Hope this helps

My request is for a android music player(Specificly current music player on wolf v6)that can read the lyrics from the song itself...
Android does not natively support the ID3v2 USLT necessary to display lyrics. I added a new feature request that would give Android support for reading USLT in the ID3 tag. This will enable the native and 3rd party music players to display lyrics. If you want this feature, please star the request below, and post your comments.

Music Player and Tags

Is anybody else having issues with the stock MIUI Music Player reading tags?
I can not get the music player to reliably read the tags in my mp3 files.
All of my music is tagged meticulously in iTunes. All info present along with Album Art which is embedded. All tags set to ID3 version 2.3.
No matter how I export/import the music into my Mi 4c the tags are never read correctly. The player never sees the Album Name, and always sets all Album Names to the Artist Name. It never sees the Album Art and just gets a random image from where I do not know. Probably the Mi Marketplace.
The closest I can get to have it working is to convert all my tags to ID3 version 1.0. Re-embed my artwork. Be sure the Album Artist field is empty then import. If I do this then SOME of the Album Art is recognized and most of the Album Names are set correctly. But not all. With a 20,000+ plus song library I do not want to go through the tedious task of re-tagging the songs I want on the phone so they display correctly. I really like the clean lines and simple layout of the stock music player but unless it reads these tags it is useless.
Hi, I have similar issues. All my music are ogg files tagged with EasyTag. MIUI Music Player can't read Artist Name and Album Art. Other tags are OK. VLC can read all tags without problems.

We regret to inform you that the playlist feature is unavailable at the moment. However, you can select the folders and files and start the playback from the menu or top bar to selectively play the files. Hope this information helps you.
