Which ROM do you use ? :) - Xiaomi Mi 4C

Hi guys,
I am curious which is the most used, the best ROM in your opinion.
So far I tried AOSPA and CM13 from TS. I will try OMNI rom from them too.

mesziman

Just saying, but a really similar thread has been opened a couple of days before yours. Of course a poll is different but there goes.

[Q] New to custom kernels? Help

Hello, I'm new to kernels and know not much about them except you can flash them like roms but, exactly where can I find a place with the most reliable kernels and if so, which one would be the best in terms of giving me the greatest/fastest performance? & also another different kernel that offers great performance as well as great battery life? (Running CM 10.1 stable on GS3, T-999)

Actually no one can give you an apt answer rather than yourself for which is the best. You may have to try yourself to know which is the best kernel, just like your try ROMs. Go to your device forum, pick up the most active kernel threads, read comments and feedbacks from members in the thread and you can try after getting an initial idea about the same.

[Q] What's your fav ROM?

Hey everyone, I finally got fed up with all the bloat on my wifi Note 10.1. Now I'm ready to try out some custom ROMs...
So, I'm curious to know which ROMs you like most?
I'd like to see what your favorite stock (de-bloated) ROMs are and what youur favorite AOSP based ROMs are...
The try-many-roms-by-yourself-and-then-decide-what-suits-you-better, you can find it everywhere on xda.

Hearing no others...
I wasn't going to answer this one, because it is akin to "which is the better ROM?" which is very subjective. My answer is try them out for yourself.
Expect an amount of lag anyway because you are trying to load a firmware version (Kitkat) that wasn't made for this device (single core CPU, 512MB RAM).
I did a similar walkabout a while back to see which one is the most reliable. My sig will tell you which one I ended up with (phone has since been sold).

[Q] Need a custom rom suggestion

Im kind of new here, so hi Im looking for a good custom rom to flash on my GTab 2 P3110.
Im planning to use it on my car (already got a mount for it), so I need the rom to have a working gps and have compatibility with Here Maps.
Also, it would be good if it was the latest version (Lollipop), but it can be KitKat for the sake of stability and compatibility!
I had a Nexus 7 with AutoDroid installed, but my small cousin managed to crack the screen
So yeah, that's about it. Hope you guys can help me!

Look in the Development thread for 7" tab 2. Either I've tried SlimLP and CM12.1 on my tablet as far as Lollipop goes. If you want a KitKat ROM, SlimKat is a good choice. Be sure to click thanks on @Android-Andi in the ROM thread if you choose one of those. (Always click thanks on the ROM developers OP in the ROM thread)

I've tried both Lollipop ROMs. SlimLP causes Here to crash rly often (an user also reported that on the thread). So far, CM 12.1 is being stable as I needed. Thanked Andi already, he's an incredible guy! Also, thx for the suggestion, my friend

No problem! I am also running CM12.1 at the moment. Make sure you edit the thread title and add "[SOLVED]" to the beginning of it before "[Q]".
Have a great weekend!

You need to just get off the fence and try all of the available ROMs for your device and find which one you like best and also suits your purposes. Every users experience is different even if using the same device with the same ROM, your experience will be different than theirs no two device perform exactly the same and not every user uses their device the same as others. That is why you need to experiment for yourself.
