i tried to root my xoom, but its not done,
xoom is stop at first screen ( Motorola Logo )
how can i format it and return it to the stock ?

My tablet is stuck at ANDROID logo. The model of the tablet is QC-7BHD with Rockchip (BND-RK3126-D86-BT A1.0) . I downloaded this ROM rk3126-quadcore-fq-088ka-1024x600-7inch-android4.4-20170104-test.ok.rar from here (i uploaded a picture because i can't provide links) . Is this safe to flash ? Will it fix the issue ?

Sir, i meant for flash files .....
my tab is flashed from a shop and now it stucks on booting (logo).....i tried hard reset but no change.
