I gave the Gapps a try with crDroid Nougat. That didn't work out so well.
Being CM I think things rely on the CMSetupWizard to work properly.
No Quick Settings. No developer options. Tap til I'm blue in the fingers, nothing happens, not even a toast.
Re flashed ROM using another Gapps and all was well within the ROM. QS tiles, dev options, etc worked fine.
I'll try these Gapps on cleaNos next.

I was getting that error with Banks gapps and wondered why I was the only one. A new version of TWRP came out that was Nougat compatible and the gapps flashed fine even though there's no updater-script in the zip.
So not sure but it may be a TWRP issue.

That's what I figured but here's the deal. Neither A-Gapps nor Banks has updater-script. Both flash fine with my current TWRP, compatible with Nougat. But on my previous TWRP build Banks gapps, MM & N, would fail.
When I posted about the missing updater-script in the Dirty Unicorns community there wasn't a single response nor have I seen related posts.
So I don't know if the script is actually missing or no longer needed.

Just wondering, are you using multirom?
The updater-script error you get and I get with Banks Gapps only happens when flashed on secondary ROMs. On primary ROM both flash just fine for me.
Strange stuff.

Hello to all you can create a way to install Xposed on mi4c?
Hello everyone,
i've tried to flash the usual framework but didn't work. The xposed installer always says the framework is not detected...
If someone successfully found a way, it would be great !
I've always read that WSM tools were not recommended for MIUI 7, so didn't try.
Cheers.
is it easy to root the phone? is there already twrp for it?
Pretty easy yes
1) download the dev rom from here : http://en.miui.com/download-293.html
it is already rooted, you just have to install it through the update app on your phone (in the app, select the three little dots at the top corner and select "select a zip file" and choose the downloaded rom)
Wait 5 minutes that it installs
2) flash TWRP through the flashify app
that's it
flash latest CM12.1 and the flash xposed, it works like a charm
you can flash xposed-v75-sdk22-arm64.zip

it can't use on mi4c miui7
mi4c don't have 5.9.17 or old version
I tried to install the v 75 and the framework but then installs the application says that the framework is present but is not active. What can we do???
just cry, xposed don't work on MIUI for now.
or install the unofficial CM12.1 port, works great
Same here. Xposed does not work for MIUI yet

My xposed is working fine without any boot loop.
What I did was flashed the CM12.1 ROM, Gapps, SuperSU and xposed ARM64 sdk22 v75.
After reboot to system, I only installed the xposed installer 3.0 (alpha 4).

Sorry I not so sure how to check about it. Maybe you can guide me for the checking and I can screenshot for you to see.
From the SIM Card Settings > Preferred network types, you can choose the options as screenshot below.
For the 2nd SIM, it will use GSM network only.
Welcome to my new thread!
I have just created a new custom rom which is based of stock android. The rom is Debloated, Odexed and has Layers support! I use this rom as my daily driver. The battery life and the performance is brilliant!
For customization I´ve added Aroma Installer. Now you can choose if you want for example Viper4Android installed I´ve also added Layers support. Because of some problems with SuperSU you have to flash it manually.
Features
> Debloated
> Odex
> Busybox
> Layers support
> Aroma Installer: AdAway, File Explorer, Music Player, Viper4Android and Xposed optional!
> Permissive stock kernel
> Multiwindow activated
> Force encryption disabled

Is this ROM compatible with android pay?
I don´t know the rom is very stock just with some apps that were added/deleted.
I was wondering what you meant when you said you will have to add it manually when refering to the layers? Do you mean Su has to installed manually or the layers app? Also is the file uploading did see the link to download the Rom? I was also curious about Android Pay.
Thanks
It is meant to SuperSU and yeah the file is uploading Please test Android Pay when the file is uploaded I am not able to do so

Rom installed fine, android pay did not work. There is only a couple of Roms that is works with anyways. The ones that work have root built into system then you have to unsu them and reflash the systemless root. I know you are having a problem with root being in the rom, you might have to use the old system root with your rom built in to get it to work. Anyways Rom seems to be running great, Thanks
I will try to fix it tonight.

I personally use no-verity-opt-encrypt/. This step is also documented in [Recovery][H850] Team Win Recovery Project for the LG G5. If you disable the encrypton, you will lost your data. Make a Backup!

It's very easy, I don't like material Statusbar. I like to use 3minit with the Cobalt Theme for the G4 TweaksBox (that works with our G5).
I think ist possible to let anybody choose in Aroma if you would like to install 3minit or not.

If time allows, I will continue this project.
My goal is a clean base Rom. Performance optimization - yes. Custom Apps and other stuff - no.
I do not need to force any user to use my favorite applications and settings.
Thanks to Xposed and other powerful tools, everyone can make their own tweaks.

THANKS!
This is what i always wanted!
Btw: Paget96(Dev of LSpeed) is happy, that you recommend his app :good:
Forgive me if I've missed it, but clean install of this ROM straight after a wipe seems to result in a PIN being required on boot (decryption PIN, I think with the white screen), but as it's a new flash I haven't put a PIN in yet. Was one hard coded in the ROM, that I've missed?
I tried flashing before/after oem-decrypt.zip but that didn't seem to help, and have confirmed that flashing back to an older ROM removes the PIN entry.
Any ideas?
@kwiksand
Here the steps how disable force encryption.
1. flash no-verity-opt-encrypt.zip with TWRP
2. reboot to the bootloader use the following commands with ADB
Code:
fastboot format userdata
fastboot format cache
Now flash my or other ROM .
one thing is just so weird. Had 10e for miuistone patch and adb wouldn't work. It does with cm13 though so i though it would be somehow related to LG's drivers. Then I went full stock without root and adb was working on stock (10i). Now I wanted to have root back and flashed this rom and adb isn't working again with multiple computers and linux or windows 8 doesnt make a difference.

above link is for rom .
thanks
will try....
have few questions,
which nougat version? 7.1.2 or other?
I searched the flyme site, but I couldn't find the rom for mido devices. is this rom ported to mido by you?
the size is large enough to contain the gapps, but you asked to install it, is it OK?
