Which Quick Car Charger - Note 7 Accessories

Guys I have been looking at 3 different quick charge car chargers and trying to find some info about them. Does the note 7 support Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 or just 2.0. Which of the three of these should i go with
1.

2.
https://www.amazon.com/Aukey-CC-T7-...car+charger&refinements=p_85:2470955011&psc=1
3.
https://www.amazon.com/Aukey-CC-T8-...d=1475548094&sr=8-4&keywords=Quick+Charge+3.0

I always get the anker ones dual port thyre quick charge, last a long time and inexpensive theyre cables on the other hand.

Note 7 only supports QC 2.0.
Try TYLT RIBBN USB-c, it fast chargers, flexible cable and had extra usb port to plug somethung else in and it will chsrge that at qc 2.0 as well

Car charger (non-wireless) w/ quick charge?

Any suggestions? I'm looking for something that can do the quick charging in the car, is that even possible? Can it be done with a dual port so my wife and I can use the quick charger at the same time?
http://www.amazon.com/Charger-PowerIQ-Technology-Samsung-Motorola/dp/B00M43S18Y/ - Would this one support quick charging in the car?

This is basically the same cable that came with my S6 just longer correct? The included cable is too short to plug in near my night stand.
Any charger that is a 2amp charger... and any cable.. i have tried all my old cables on the s6 charger... all allow fast charge... and its charger is 2amp.... same as nexus 7 and all other newer devices... so just go with a 2 amp charger and enjoy the fast charge. And yes they make dual port 2 amp chargers... usually 1 port is 2 amp and second one is like 1 or 1.4amp... i have 2 cheap ones from amazon myself... will test them with the phone tomorrow and update you.

any cable will work, but not every 2.0A charger will work. i tested it with a 2.0A (not the Samsung one) charger and "fast charging" did not show up in the phone.
AFAIK, you have to use one of Samsung's OEM chargers or one capable of the Quick Charge 2.0 standard for adaptive fast charging.
OP, i only did a cursory search, but i found this dual Quick Charge 2.0 charger that might meet your needs: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00TGD79X8?psc=1
Interesting, I didn't think to check for QC 2.0. I was thinking the Anker one did that. Thanks!
That being said though, anyone have experience with any of them with how they hold up?
Verizon sells one, it is their generic branding, it's the only one that I have seen or tried that is marketed that it is QC 2.0, works great even has a built in LED flash light basically. Sucks that it is $34.99 though.
http://www.verizonwireless.com/accessories/verizon-vehicle-charger-with-fast-charge-technology-for-micro-usb/
From my understanding Quick Charge 2.0 is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 (or newer) processor feature. The Galaxy S6 is running Samsung's Exynos 7420 processor which features Adaptive Fast Charging. I don't know how they vary in terms of performance, but I do know that when I plug in my Quick Charge 2.0, my S6 recognizes it as a fast charger. Battery went from 40% to 63% in 13 mins so I'm assuming both charging standards are compatible lol..
Try this car charger, worked great for my Qualcomm based phones.

i'm reasonably sure it's the same standard. the Note 4 (Snapdragon 805) is listed on Qualcolm's website as compatible with QC 2.0. however, if you look at Samsung's website, it only lists Adaptive Fast Charging. Samsung just rebranded QC 2.0 as their own Adaptive Fast Charging. you can use all devices interchangeably.
also, the OP wanted a dual port QC 2.0 charger. that one only has 1 port w/ QC 2.0
I have already Anker 2 amp car charger in hand and i was thinking it wont be fast enough , i have seen video where quaclom demonstrated that Quick charging is faster than 2 amps charging , and judging by the fact that Samsung is providing comparable charging time with stock charger i was thinking that it is more than 5V 2.0 Amps .. too bad i am waiting for my phone to arrive.

Good two port travel wall quick charge

I just got my moto x. It is great. I am looking to upgrade my chargers to quick charge. I have a few of these. They are great. The prongs fold and there are two high amp ports. I would love to find something similar with quick charge. Does anyone know of anything similar?
The only ones I can find have one QC 2.0 and one normal port. Funny because I'm pretty sure I've seen a car charger with 2 QC ports.

Here are car chargers with 2 QC ports
Aukey - http://amzn.to/1GCFf0n
Tronsmart - http://amzn.to/1GCFdpc
However, if you're looking for travel chargers that are 2 ports and QC, there aren't any. 2 port chargers are usually 1 QC and the other is alternative quick charge. This alternative charges the phone at the max speed it can handle. Depending on the company, they call it AlPower, VoltIQ, IQ, PowerIQ, Rapid Ports, etc. I have a few of these and they charge my phones about 1.5 hours. Not as quick as QC but definitely quicker than just a basic charger.
Aukey wall chargers - http://amzn.to/1GCFuIZ
Anker wall chargers - http://amzn.to/1Qip4e7
Tronsmart wall chargers - http://amzn.to/1VM1lK3
If you really need to have 2 QC charging ports, you can buy the car adapter and buy a cigarette to wall adapter. - http://amzn.to/1QipilE
It just seems a little ridiculous that there are two port car quick chargers but no two port wall ones. I'll probably use what I have for now and keep looking. The moto x pure will turbocharge with any 2.0 certified quick charger right?
How new is quick charge 2.0? A couple months? A year?

I also thought the stock charger was in fact a QC 3.0 charger.

Stock cable works fine with my laptop. As far as the stock charger, it is QC 2.0 not 3.0. Not sure why LG did that.

So you can transfer files, photos etc to/from the G5/laptop with no issues with stock cable? I thought the cable had to have some type of 75 ohm or something resistor in it so that it does not mess up the computer and its USB port?
I just do backup on my pc lg bridge with stock cable

Here's the power bank I picked up:
http://www.amazon.com/Qualcomm-Cert...&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00
RAVPower 20,100mAh with QC 3.0, USB type C, regular iSmart USB port. so it can charge regular speed charging devices, Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 (and backward compatable to 2.0/1.0) and USB-C fast charging. Pretty much have all you bases covered. So I can charge my G5 and Nexus 6P at their full rate.
Also it can charge using QC 3.0 (if you have a QC 3.0 charger) to charge the huge 20,100mAh in about 4.5 hours.
I am looking for powerstation which can Charge LG g5 and second battery in Quick Charge Mode.
Anbody an idea?

Perhaps the best new car charger?

I just stumbled upon this when looking for a new car charger that would keep USB C for my 6P, and the new Nexus in case it also doesn't support QC, but wanted QC support as well for USB A since I just bought an expensive Anker Power line+ USB A to C cable (they don't offer C to C). But, I wanted 2 USB A ports, not just 1.
Lo and behold, the only car charger of its kind! This puppy has 2x USB A QC 3.0 ports & 1x USB C with QC 3.0 as well.
I will have it Saturday and test it out for both my Note7 and 6P. Their other products have pretty good reviews. I guess the customer service may suck if the product fails according to some reviews, but it seems like a low failure rate, and with Prime I'm not too worried.

Sadly our note 7 is only quick charge 2.0 capable. I just use a type C adapter on my existing Aukey quick charge 2.0 car charger. Much cheaper route and won't have to get rid of my other chargers and micro USB cables.

USB Type C to Type C Quick Charge

I upgraded to LG V30 from Nexus 6P. Skipped the Pixel and Pixel 2 series...
I have a large supply of USB Type C to Type C cables that rapidly charged my Nexus 6P....they will not fast charge the V30 though.
My Type A to C cables will not fast charge it either with anything but the stock LG charger.
I tried the "AUKEY Amp USB Charger with 60W Dual USB C & 4 USB Ports for LG G5, HTC 10, Nexus 5X / 6P and More" from Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01EXWXVWO/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
That is supposed to support Quick Charge from both the Type A ports and Type C ports but LG V30 would not say fast charging with any of the ports or cables I used.
Is anyone having any luck with 3rd party Quick Chargers? I wireless charge at night with a dock and in my car but I like to have quick chargers spread around the house for when I need to charge up fast before running out of the house.
I'd prefer Type C ports so I can use all of my Type C to Type C cables...but I'll take anything that works. Looking for multi-port options like the Aukey above so my family can charge their devices too at the same time.
Any suggestions?

Thanks....really looking for one that has USB Type C ports...I have like a dozen of those cables now (type C on both ends)...all a different color than the USB Type A to Micro USB cables that all the other phones in my house use...makes it easy to grab the right cable among the bunch of them...
Are you getting super slow charge, like 4 hrs reported or just not quite as fast?
I have the Nexus 5x and that charger charhes my V30 close to the OEM QC3 charger, just slightly slower.
I did have some issues with a desktop USB-C PCI card triggering a file transfer mode, which gave it that 4 hr slow charge estimate. I had to reset it in developer options and reboot (even though it already was set to "charge only"). Something buggy going on.

I think it may be charging close to stock charger with my Nexus 6P compatible chargers and Type C cables....but my battery lasts so long and I wireless charge at night...so have not done real test where the battery was close to zero yet.
Was hoping for the phone to confirm it is in fast charge mode...but if it still charges fast that is good enough...we'll see...
I have the same issue. chargers and cables that work with my Nexus 6P do not necessarily charge the V30. seems the USB A to USB C cables don't work as they do for the 6P.

I had something similar with the htc 10. Charger and cable both from aukey together would not work but same components paired with any other worked.
The fastest possible type C charging is Power Delivery (PD)
19V vs 9V (QC 2.0)
should we all email LG to let the know the V30 is very picky with QC3.0 chargers? maybe they can resolve this in a future update?
My V30, V20, and G5 all exhibit the same behavior when using USB-PD: 5V 2A or 9V 1.67A peak. So if you want the fastest possible charging you need a charger that supports 9V. The 5V 3A chargers wont cut it.

I've got this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074N3ZJQJ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0722DMYTN/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and they QC my VS996 perfectly. Love the 6.6ft cables, especially bedside and in the SUV.
I've discovered something interesting about the V30 and PD. The V30 accepts 12V via PD but not via QC3.0. Up until now all of my PD chargers have been 5, 9, and 15V but I recently got a power bank that outputs 5, 9, and 12v. I've never seen a phone accept 12v before.

Yep, been noticing this too... Only 2a. It's still ok speed but not as good as the qc3 charger. Wonder if those who got c-c chargers got the 9v?

I have a 12v c-c power delivery charger and it still won't fast charge my phone. When I plugged it into the a to c yesterday it said fast charging 1h 10m remaining to full and when I use the c to c it says charging 1h 20m remaining. It's not much slow but it is and it makes no sense because usb c is the fastest possible way to charge something over USB.
Why would they make this phone use USB c if they aren't even taking advantage of it? My 6p had a bigger battery that charged faster than this phone because they actually utilize the USB c.
