Known issue from the beginning of 13.0 only solution that i know is to install a weather app, but it will not use you stock clock weather. It will another widget on your screen.

Also, I see everyone posting their screenshots with a big digital clock and weather what widget is this: see here:
The icons in the status bar are from an app called seepu. And the weather widget is beautiful widgets. That's the smaller home widget.

Ok thanks I checked it out.. But it didnt give me the last 2 icons on the top left, presumably temperature and ram??
It only gave me CPU usage and Network...
the icon on the right is from an app called SetCpu and I'm not sure where that particular temp notification is from, but the Weatherbug app has one.

Can't change Clock Placement on Lock Screen

I just rooted my phone and installed Sky ICS 4.2F6. I'm having a minor issue with the new lock screen.

As you can see in the image, the clock text is REALLY hard to read with certain backgrounds. I tried choosing the option to located it at the top/mid/bottom of the screen, but no matter what I choose, it doesn't reflect it on the lock screen. Even having a font/text with a drop shadow would be "good enough", but I can't seem to find a way to do this.
Can someone help me with this?
Could someone at least tell me if this is normal for the Sky ICS 4.2f6 update? I'm really new to rooting, so I don't know if this is to be expected or not.
I can confirm that this is normal for 4.2F6.
I'm pretty sure the clock position in the setting only applies to tw lockscreen, so either flash a tw lockscreen or simply change the lockscreen background.
Thanks. I'll give it a try.
yep. you need tw lockscreen. aosp lockscreen you can't change placement of the clock. when you flash the twlock, you lose the camera from lock option.

Yep, I just applied the stock tw lockscreen and it's working great. I'm bummed to lose the camera unlock feature, but not being able to read the time from my lock screen was much more of an inconvenience than that.
Thanks for the help everyone!
You have to edit a .XML file to change clock placement on the aosp lockscreen

[Help] Dark Filter on Lockscreen

Hello guys.. I have been searching for solution to this issue since a long time, still no luck.. There is this ugly dark filter on lockscreen which ruins the beauty of the wallpaper, which of course can be removed by rooting and installing xposed modules (bright lockscreen). But unfortunately Xposed is not that stable on Samsung roms and i don't want to go through all those bootloops. It would be a delight if somebody knows a workaround for this....

Stock Weather Clock with Nova Launcher

Hello,
A few days ago i updated to Nougat 7.0 via odin no wipe.
Today i decided to do a full wipe to fix some light issues i was having.
Since the full wipe i cannot get the stock Weather clock widget to work in Nova launcher, it doesn appear anymore in the widget list.
Beforehand it did.
Please Note the weather only stock widget is available just not the weather clock widget.
Does anyone have a solution?
Thank you
Jay
Same on MM with Nova.
In general I hate widget look with Nova...
I have kind of the same issue.
I have been using NOVA since my galaxy s6. Always reïnstalled my phone from my google account and I always kept te possibility to add the 4x1 weather clock widget on my Nova launcher.
I changed to an S7 and reinstalled from google settings and again it was possible to add the 4x1 widget on my Nova.
Yesterday I did a totally clean install. Not using of any kind of backup.
Well now I'm not able anymore to add the 4x1 widget. Does anyone have a clue?
On the web I read people saying that it isn't possible at all to use the 4x1 stock clock/weather widget on NOVA but in fact it definitely was possible, since I ran it.
I'm using zooper of Xwidget now but it is not as good.
Anyone who knows how to get it up and running on NOVA Launcher?
