OrionLP is a project based on slim. The name Orion was chosen as a representation of the beauty and vastness of world around us (Too much Philosophy, eh? ). We started this project for falcon (Moto G), to make a stable Rom which would include Bitsyko layers and important customization. The Rom is built with Uber toolchain which delivers awesome smoothness and is packed with a custom kernel built from ground-up to ensure good performance [WIP]. Needless to say, this project is a product of our hobbies and the love we bore for Android.

Yeah i know im just interested if stock kernel has it

I'm running it as secondary ROM with multirom. Seem excellent battery life, small footprint as not clogged up with too many apps. Looks good.

Finally a new brave man supporting our old nexus. Big thanks. Will try immediately.

Great work! Testing it with an app I know from an older device called seeder. It's an entropy generator with the idea to get more/constant general performance. Because I recognized such a tool implemented in actual development for falcon. But to say it clear this ROM has really great snappiness. Just like to play around and share impressions.

So nice to see our N7 is not dead or forgotten about. Thanks for your work, will be d/loading later.

Tested with carcosa kernel and got around 20 % performance boost.

About Project:
Cardinal-AOSP is a Custom ROM which was initially based on AOSPB, then we changed our mind and rebased it to AOSP-RRO, to get better compatibility with most of the devices, Cardinal is being built with Uber toolchain, with most of uber optimizations, with full Substratum Support and with minimal customization, the main aim of this ROM is to bring stock AOSP experience as possible while maintaining performance, smoothness and good battery backup. Why did u removed cm actions? It is useful.
ROM is very smooth and almost BUG free, only LED Notification settings is force closing.

I have no personal intension to remove cmactions i removed coz cmacions was giving error while building .
And notification led fc is happening because otus don't have multicolour led ....

About Project:
Citrus-CAF, unlike the name suggests, was initially based off CyanogenMod in the early days of its inception, we even had another name at that point. Later, taking into consideration feedbacks of the very first slew of testers and carefully studying the needs and demands of our users, we rebased the project to Code Aurora Sources, more commonly known as CAF. Time went by and Nougat released, and we decided that it was time, Citrus-CAF had to see the daylight. We rebased everything to the brand spanking Nougat. Realising the potential of CAF tags, and how each altered the device performance on different SoCs, we decided to keep our sources independent for each chipset on our GitHub. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 was the first device to get the full fledged taste of our Tangy Nougat. In the beginning, it was just two people behind , but in time, a lot of people joined us, each giving their own contribution.

i think thats not a bug.. In Lumia Windows phones, they hav included to automatically turning ON the phone while charging.. may be the same option is included in the CAF

juz now i flashed the ROM ..but when i install kernel auditor it shows no root.. i think Root is not inbuild in this ROM.. and also there is no option for enabling Root on Developer options

Yeah...... This ROM isn't pre-rooted. You have to flash SuperSU or any app which you want.

[otus] i had flashed it with SuperSU zip file together.. flashes soon.. bootloops for 3-5mins.. system app remover is awesome work on it.. there s no music player , u have to install it by own.. there is no special kernel options when i used kernel auditor.. but i think USB fast charging is automatically enabled.. when i connect through usb it charges quite fast, rather than other ROM.. SOT for 6hours consumes 33% in home when adaptive brightness is on and ambient display is off.. and i don't know why he added LTE(recommended) on Mobile networks.. it is Otus.. its not a surnia.. and thank you for this Otus build..

There is a way to disable backlight on capacitive buttons ?
BTW I hope you add the other functions like square battery icon. More low dpi in size. Dt2lock on status bar. Etc..

Bro you're not required to use, I care little about this. UNLEASH and AOSMP died but not because of me, the projects ended RR was an unofficial project so stop talking **** without knowing anything

I'm not being rude.
All I'm saying is that in the past the developer has released 3 ROMs and never updated them or fixed any bug.
I feel that this is something users should be aware of before flashing this ROM.
If you like the ROM, use it and maybe even make a donation to the dev. It's your choice

How can I install it? I'm new in the world of treble, so I need some help. I used pixel experience treble version, so I have the trebleized my twrp, installed the rom but after the boot procedure my phone is restarting and twrp boots up

Enabled by default I think. Look at About Phone SC and rest of them. 2ndly Remember Dot OS default theme? This might be the same thing. This is actually good.

There are some bugs that I like to report..
1) Black screen issue
If the phone is kept idle like when you are sleeping when you try to wake the phone up using the power button it doesn't wake up.. It shows a black screen... And the only way to get out of this is to do a force reboot...(pushing power button for 10 sec or so )
2) Network fluctuations
Some times the signal bar fills up then even when you aren't moving it goes empty then back to full like that..
3)Digital clock widget
When ever trying to use this widget it always fails to load..
Other than this the ROM is super smooth with all the basic customisations.. Please look into these issues Dev...
Anyway good Job.. and
