galaxy s6 wont run any codes even imei

hi guys . i hope you are ok i wonder if you could help me i have samsung galaxy s6 SM-g920f .32gb and it runs lollipop 5.0.2 everything run normal and its original phone . but when i put codes on my samsamsung it doesnt work and i mean any code all the secret codes doesnt pop up nothing just like when you are typing a number even imei codes . but everything works fine
plz help understand the problem please please guys

I own a Samsung galaxy J5 SM-J500F .
I tried to root it using kingroot but it didnt went well. the mobile was switched off and was unable to boot again.
Shows error custom binary blocked by FRP .Secure Fail:Kernel .
i went to a mobile shop but they were unable to fix it and adviced me to go to samsung care but i fear they would charge me for this.
Please anyone help me.pleasseee

Well I'm new to all this iv only rooted my LG tribute 2 and that was with king root so that don't count I now have a samsung galaxy on5 from metro pcs an have found out non of the easy roots work I want to lean how to root flash add custom roms everything but I have no experience doing this an I don't know anyone who does will someone help me please all info I learn will be passed on to others to further this awesome skill set I just need some one to take me through some kind of entry level schooling thank you for anyone who will take the time to aid me

My device is a samsung galaxy on5 from metro pcs an the model is sm- g550t1

Well ,
Through twrp u can rooted ur device
Check it from here for ur device

im having sprint galaxy s6 with marshmallow v6.01. last night i reboot my phone but i forgot to check oem unlockerd key under developer options. now its showing FRP LOCK message on boot screen ....im stuck plzzzz help me guyzzzz
i went to shop they are saying it will cost you !!! and i dont know any solution of this .

This particular device has no sim unlock support here on XDA
Try a google search , you may find more links or alternatively contact the network provider
