Hi everyone im new to this. I have a kindle fire 1st generation b that boots up to the logo and just loops from there. I have let it sit and charge for hours. But when i unplug the charger it turns off. It worked fine before please help

I have read many bricked threads and have not seen one like mine. I rooted, flashed, and backed up several roms on the TF101 with no problems. I flashed the prime v1.8.4 rom and rebooted...and it will not come back on. No boot screen, or any sign of life.I have tried all the button combinations to cold boot, and APX mode with nothing working. It will charge to a green light on the keyboard dock, and when unplugged the led will blink red until batteries are dead. It will not recognize APX mode or regular mode when connected to computer. Am I at a total loss, or can I replace some part to revive it. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
If can't get into APX mode your pretty much screwed ...
or try another computer thats the only thing you can try...
nothing pops up at ALL when plugged in?
Nothing. :banghead: I can't believe flashing a ROM kills the motherboard.

Install the naked apx drivers from development section. Should get nvflash working for you.

same thing happened to me... its not turning on at all and nothing worked while trying to rreset it...
any advice is much appreciated... i wonder if fixing it with ubunto works...
Anybody know what causes this? And it's not the boot screen but the Motorola logo because the software starts to boot. I can reboot and usually it comes back to normal but it does this and sometimes I will sleep another 7+ hours and not have the phone on in case an emergency

Are you using Custom ROM? Nearest bet is, it might be ROM or Kernel issue. Would be good if you reflash another ROM or go back to stock firmware to see if that's the case.
It did this before I unlocked the bootloader and all. Doesn't do it every time but based on times I see on it it happens around the same time as full charge would come around. Also I have changed rooms a few times since and it continues. Wouldn't the room try to boot and lock? Because it's not even getting to the boot logo it's hanging on Motorola.

Which is your phone? Does it have a forum here in XDA? If it has a forum, it might be good to post this issue over there, as you would get more feedbacks from the users using this phone.
From the problem you explained, its getting stuck into bootloop after getting fully charged that's why no boot animation. It should be a software/ROM/Kernel related issue I guess, though not sure.
RAZR maxx hd.. I figured maybe they released a new main firmware that's non rom related and since I don't run stock I didn't get it..

Hey guys.. I was using xtrasmooth 6.0 rom from about past 2weeks. It was quite stable and today I had switched off my phone, when I try to turn on asusual Google logo came and then it didn't went to boot animation..! After logo.. It went blank .. How much ever I tried to turn on I didn't turn on .. I even tried to go to recovery mode .. It didn't even go for that !.. I connected my charger and then again Google logo showed up and didnt turn on again!.. What to do guys ?..

Put it to charge for a while, then while still connected to the AC charger, turn it on.

When it goes blank after the Google logo, does it reboot and show the Google logo again, and does this repeatly? When the phone is off, hold down the POWER button and the VOLUME Down button at the same time to get into boot loader. Can you get there?

install sdk, run monitor - if you see it doing stuff in the monitor window, then its not bricked. it either needs to be reflashed or wiped from recovery. good luck!

I just switched on my mobile and turned on miracast.. suddenly phone got rebooted . again i tried to turn on the miracast. now it became bootloop .. now i cannot enter the download mode also . please help .. i cannot flash anything since download mode is not coming.. even if i try only 3 sec it is coming and again it restarts. please help :crying: it is boot looping nothing else.

Now it is second day .. And still my lg g pro 2 is dead.. now i have found a small clue.. when i charge using another charger it switches on.. but when i remove it is dead again.. :crying:
looks like battery problem to me. You might want to replace the battery and try again.

Now i am happy that when i installed new battery it works fine and great. No issues till now. Checking :good: :highfive:
when I was play vainglory it reboot, then it gets into boot loop as well
I can get in download mode, how can I know whether Its battery problem or what
ps my macbook cannot flash kdz using usb 3.0 so I need to wait for my fd to lend me a laptop later this week.
How can I know whether its battery problem or not?

Please check the battery after a year I got same boot loop in lg logo issue if I connected the charger phone turns on so I change a original LG battery which costs around 180$ and now the phone is fine...so before anything just toss a battery from old Nokia phones and make sure if the phone turns on ....then buy a battery :good:
My one year old Moto G 3 Turbo edition does not charge or boot anymore . If it's not connected to the charger , it shows no life . Though if I connect it to the charger it then goes either into a boot loop or crashes right after the boot logo and then the white light turns on . I few times managed to get into fastboot with charger on and went through the factory mode boot and it did boot up correctly and showed that my phone is charging and is 50% . But I later find out it wasnt charging and was running on the charger . What should I do to get it okay ?

Is your bootloader unlocked or have you tried to root/flash your phone ..?

I have my bootloader unlocked but cant flash twrp because whenever i try to get in recovery mode it turns off and the white light turns on
I had similar problem few days ago. Your phone battery completely empty. So it can not handle Normal charger current. Connect your phone to pc and leave until battery charged upto 2-3%,this may take 5-10min then disconnect it and charge using normal charger. Good luck

Tbh the phone is fixed . I had to bring it to a repair center and after changing the battery everything got fixed . But I am still wondering how had the battery broke down like this
