i want to use p8 camera in my mate 7, can any one confirm it is working or it will work if i install it through adb..? and if any one has huawei p8 please upload camera.apk.

Seems so. ROM from 6x should work on mate 9 lite as both have same arch and have same processor. You can start with twrp and it should work 99.99%
Well, 6X ROMs worked on GR5 2017, so I guess it will work.
