I just want to ask how to solve/repair/restore my Huawei Ascend Mate 7 MT7-J1, a week ago i saw a update available on my phone and then i update it without even knowing the info of the update because i was in a hurry. But when i came back my phone stuck it says
Error!
Func NO : 10 (FUNC_BOOT_RECOVERY)
Error NO : 2
I tried to restore using Hisuite but it says my phone wasn't supported.

no backup
my phone is auto restart it will off when the battery is empty

Hi im new to the android world and im also new to this forum/website and im not too sure what to do or where to post so im sorry if im posting in the wrong section but i really badly need help!
I got the Huawei Ascend g300 off of my sister yesterday and she had sent it back to huawei via Vodafone (ireland) to get fixed because of numerous problems (Twice) .. she had just received it from vodafone (saying that there was a new motherboard and screen installed and that it was working perfectly.) she came home gave me the phone,
i turned it on and it worked fine for about 20 minutes.. then it froze and rebooted and again and again and hasnt stopped since.
Now its giving me a error screen saying signature image verification failed and also some error with my appboot/boot i really have no clue of what to do the phone is running android 4.0.. can someone please help me!?

i have frd-al00 but it came to me eu version frimware and i try to update oficially frimware .My phone bricekd .I think you must unlock bootloader and unbrick your phone SRK Tool or Huawei Multi-Tool by Team MT.I using NRD90M test-keys version rom . You can find solution in 4pda (sorry my bad english)
Hi guys im new here and have always followed along with rooting other phones but this time i kind of messed things up im stuck on your Device has been unlocked and cant be trusted and no other function works not fastboot and does not go into bootloader and 3 buttons not working either i have tried most of the stuff i have read but still no luck can any one help me..

I tried to update to oreu the hwota method every thing OK but when phone restart 14% then instillation field!!
the I tried Re-branding method same ( every thing complete ) when phone restart instillation field
the when restart phone say error redownload update again ... no image error n 2

yea buddy im stuck on the same boat but mine is MHA-L09 and at least your able to do that you can look for the adb fastboot method this can help you out im on my way out when i come back ill look for it so you can do it

Ive updated my Mate 9 to Android 8 by FF. I used an aproved update by imei. No bootloader open or rooted phone. just normal update.
Now when i boot, phone shows me the Huawei eRecovery and wants to download the lastest version but I dont know why. I try to download by wifi and says there is a problem...any ideas? That means its bricked?

Happened to me too in a different updating scenario. I unplugged from usb and booted into recovery. Wiped cache then factory reset phone and it was fixed.

My phone was on MHA-L09C432B198 and today I made a wrong update to -> MHA-L09C185B360(8.0.0.360)
My question is that i dont know which firmware install from HuaweiFunk to revert this...i tried MHA-L09 8.0.0.361(C432) but i gave me error...

so i bought from hands phone in perfect condition but its on android 11 and when i try to update from phone its just restart at 25% , with smart switch its just give error that cant update tried emergency recovey in switch and its fail too .

What error message are you given?
You might be able to update using Odin. To be on the safe side, I would recommend performing a factory reset.
after 5 hours of torture i flashed orig firmware through ofin , and everything good now
