Anybody found any magnetic cable? I used one with Note 3, something like this https://www.amazon.com/SOJITEK-Genu...7_4?ie=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=EF9186N4JGSG4KNX4T54 and now I'm looking for one for NOTE 7.
you're not even trying bro
https://www.amazon.com/SOJITEK-Deta...qid=1474396171&sr=8-2&keywords=usb-c+magnetic
I'm trying but this one is bad. Can't imagine to let this plug inside the phone, it is too big - I mean dongle hanging out of the bottom.
But thank you.

Haven't seen any, but I did see this, which is disappointing.

Thats actually just a lead weight to make it weight nearly as much as an iPhone
It is actually unbelievable some of the things written about the N1. I wouldn't be suprised if that came from one of these bad reviews, while they were whinging on about multi touch not being supported.
Simple rule I would have thought, if you havn't owned, touched, or even seen a Nexus prob best not to comment on it.

It looks like whoever wrote that bit only looked at the zdnet article in their post. The iFixit teardown doesn't say that.

A Iranian in the mall at one of those cell phone case shops yesterday stopped me and asked if i needed a case. I said yea for my google phone. He said " i have every google phone case" I then said i need one for the Nexus. I pulled out the phone he was amazed, but since he didn't have a case nor the phone he said..Still dosent compare to the iphone...I just laughed at him.
Yea buddy you just wish you had my phone! lol

eeekkk. that's asking for a road kill LMFAO!
I used my Hero on the bike.
Great when going for long cycle rides to track the distance/elevation...etc.
Never even worried me as the holders are very good.
Trying to buy a carkit now, well at $0 I thought "why not!" .....
Just trying to pay but Paypal is in Japanese or Chinese.
It would be fun on a bike but I think I'd be scared. Maybe in a few months I'll be less precious about it.
Change Paypal language to English in top right.
Just bought the Cradle with 2nd Battery Charger + Stylus + Anti-Static and UV Treatment.
Stylus? And how's the anti static and UV thing work?
Will try post pics and write a review when it turns up.

Nope, but I'm not that bothered about a stylus. Should be interesting to see how sturdy it is. Don't like the look of how close the track ball is to the base, for $26 it's worth finding out though.
I know this has probably been answered elsewhere, but the dock connections on the bottom of the Nexus, are we to assume they do charging and data connection without having to have a plug go into the micro USB port?

yeah you do got a point. i mean for $26 bucks you cant really go wrong. ill stay tuned to this thread to see your review of the product. what was the total cost with shipping? and where did it get shipped to? what state that is?

yeah. im guessing your guess is as good as mine. but for some strange i believe that the dock that you ordered will be charging using a USB connection. but like i said ill keep my eye on this thread to see how you make out.
It appears they do that unfathomable thing of shipping free worldwide like some Chinese companies seem to be able to do. Mine's being shipped to the UK.
Due to an appauling battery life on the othewise brilliant "superphone", I am trying to find a solution where I can charge it often using a USB port in computers/laptops etc at workplace or outside.
Has anyone come across a USB-micorUSB charging cable which is available like a small dangle we can attach to a key chain/ring? I have seen retractable ones on the internet, they are not small enough to be attached to a keyring. Any experience?
Thanks.

I wonder if that would work or not.
The small clip that holds the 2 sides together looks like it could potentially get in the way when connecting the mini usb to some phones.
Sadly, they seem to be sold out as well.
Good find none the less.

I don't have a desire so I cant verify whether or not it has a lanyard slot.

If you have a gel or silicon case you could always make a small hole at the bottom to fit the lanyard through...

That last one looks great, they have both the S series and W series connectors on there that look cool. ( I like the look of the W series as it looks a bit smaller and thats the point of the cable.) But can anyone see where we can actually buy these?
edit- They have an eBay shop SmartcablesUK, and they are about £5 inc delivery for the W series ones!!! So even if they are shoddy quality, that's not bad at all!
Love the look of those! Have on on order now, I'll let you know how well it works when it gets here

I planned to pick through some generic stands like this one before starting, so its good to know if one worked. I like that it had the cutout for the plug, which is my biggest general complaint on alot of stands. $10 on amazon too, not bad. I would prefer something I could attach the plug so that I could just insert the tablet and not have to worry about the cable flipping back and forth and so on. Ideally I'd like one for each of my offices and one for home on the bedstand or home office desk. So that one for $10 is pretty tempting.
This is an interesting one. It looks poorly executed, but the idea seems pretty good in principal.

This one looks promising. It has a nice big base that I could carve into and place a dock cable, then silicoln it all into place.

I hit the gym 5 days a week and I would use the hell out of this. But not like you see in the pic. I could use something like this in either my bedroom for movies or even playing games when using a wireless controller or my original thought was to set up behind my monitors and have my tablet "floating" about my wall of monitors on my desk at work.

Nice, but looking at the renders, I have my doubts... Specifically, the visibly curved back doesn't look quite right to me, given the position of the accessory power pads. But anyway, I'd be happy to see PH-2.
It's not real. Just someone doing renders on what they want a PH-2 to look like.

Of course it's not real, no question about it... But there may be different sources for the info that gives people ideas for such renders. Some leaks may be credible, others not. The thing is that we don't know; it's all just speculations at this point.
That phone has essential branding all over it while the original ph1 doesn't....

I can't see price being anywhere near that, it'll be min $600, I'd think.
but I would like some minimilist branding
