Hello, I've had this so called device (trash) WINDS Note Grace IV that is using MT6580 Quad Core , it is fine for light users like me until recently when I tried to find something to flash. I've searched for a week but to no avail I have not found any info to this device. But today I've managed to find out that it contains quite the same spec as another phone which is the UMI ROME X (from what I heard my device is a direct clone with a some differences)
Since I found a device with similar specs, I searched XDA for a way to install Custom Recovery using the recovery.img for the UMI ROME X to my phone. I haven't tried it yet tho, but I was wondering what I would get myself into if it isn't compatible to my phone. Trying to install TWRP by the way.
Couple things to note, I am COMPLETELY new to rooting but willing to learn. I've learned how to fast boot and such.

hi there. i have an leagoo elite 5 with uild number:LEAGOO_Elite5_OS1.1_R29_0226. i was informed by [email protected] that a new version,0704 was avaible.however when i check updates through ota the phone doesnt find it. I v emailed several times regarding this issue, they only answer when they want and havent helped at all.I ve tried to use sp flash tools but didnt work and quite honestly i dont know how to use it very well.has anyone that git this device having the same problem??and can you guys explain me how to use sp flash ools.I have windows 10, 64x.thank u

Hello guys,
I have older phone Huawei G520c+. I thing it is a clone of some different huawei phone.
When I bought this phone there was already custom rom inside with virus which I cannot remove. So I tried to flash a different rom through the flash tool and after that I can not switch it on Before this accident MTK showed me processor MT6592 so I supposed that I have a correct ROM.
So at this time I have some unknown clone phone which is impossible to switch on. I have also no IMEI number etc.
According to stickers code under the battery I´ve found that it is HUAWEI G750-T01. But this is not my phone.
I have also photos of inside the phone but there is no information containing processor type.
Is anybody here who can help me to save my phone...?

Hello guys, please suggest me a solution to this problem.....Recently i have downloaded Chain fire 3D (sorry,I dont remember the version) and installed on my device
Idea ULTRA Coolpad 7295s MT6589 (jellybean 4.1.2)...After installation it ask me for reboot ,but unfortunately it got stuck at the boot logo. I even cant go into phone's recovery mode and i have no custom ROM or custom recoveries flashed on my device (i searched it for hours,but cant find one) .I rooted my phone using "Kingroot".
I try to make CMW recovery using MTK Droid tool. But failed to get root shell (it says SU inaccessible)..
What could i do to get my phone reboot ? HELP ME PLEASE!!..Please reply.

I recently have acquired this device and have been attempti g to root it. I have searched extensively with the knowledge I have for this device.
I have tried all the common tools and have even gone overboard using tools probably.being lucky I didn't brick it or.trigger l ox.
Apps used :
Kingoroot
Kingoroot
Rootgenius
Superroot
360root
And looked for rooted roms from like cm and resurrection remix. I have used Odin once before and I don't know if there are any roms compatible in general that would work on this galaxy. Or if I need to just wait until someone puts a bounty on this awesome devixe.. lol kidding .
Please if you can give me some direction before I end up bricking it. I hope I have given you enough info to help.
I really have learned a lot from you all and appreciate all you folks do!

Hi all, does anyone know if the Acer liquid x2 will come with any os updates? Will it be upgraded to marshmallow at worst or nougat at best?
If not, is there a way to root it and make it near stock at least with all 3 sims working along with os upgrades?
there is a wesbite showing rooting and os upgrading using autotools. can anyone verify if this will work on the liquid x2? will it break anything? will all 3 sims continue to work properly?
any help or info on the liquid x2 will help. I'm seriously considering purchasing one as i travel like crazy.
