Hi! So I bought this phone on ebay and it appears to be from China. I updated the Software with Sony PC Companion and then I noticed that Google Play was not working anymore. Non of the Google applications were working.
Also, I know that there is a lollipop update for the my Xperia C3 dual s55t , but it did not update it. I still have kitkat.
Any tips on how to bring back my Google Services? Or how to upgrade it to lollipop and make Google work?

guys I need help with completely changing this l50t xperia to accept other firmware , I tried installing other firmware but they either don't recognize the sim card or recognize it without any network coverage , I heard nothing is impossible at XDA .

Hi members / devs, I just install CM12 Android 5.1 on my Sony xperia U. I have done everything as per the tutorial and successfully install it. The two files i install are cm-12-20150330-unofficial-kumquat.zip and gapps. Almost everything is fine perfectly except WIFI. I am not able to turn the wifi on as it seems freezed or get fixed. It's not turning on and without wifi . Please help and let me know how can i fix this wifi issue. Thank u all.

I just bought vivo xplay5 with 6Gb ram
Their is no google service in the phone
So i downloaded google installer and made all the necessary service jn the phone
After downloading play store apk i am able to use every app
But error is showing google plag services need to update to use
And when i click on the notification its just getting downloaded again n again
Even gmail showing same issue
Any solutions without root?

BIG ISSUE:
I've resetted my Xperia E5 (should be regardless) running Android 6 (IMPORTANT!)
We talk about Anti-Theft „device protection“ since Android 5....
After reset, when moment came to log into „original google-account“ , Google on E5 says: „please fill in ORIGINAL-Google-ACCOUNT“....but that's what I do! I'm in a loop, can't skip this part!
There is NO password mistake and on a computer I can log into my google-acccount, also seeing in prefferences, that I was connected with my Xperia E5!
Same responds of Google on E5: „please fill in ORIGINAL-Google-ACCOUNT“, when I try my 2nd google-acccount.....which is correct of course....and I don't have any furthure google-acccounts!
I already told Google about this problem and they DENY any BUG with Google-Acccount and Android 6 !
It can't be problem of Sony, because I saw in forum https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/google-mail-de
people with exactelly the same problem with different devices!
Google only says: „Send your Xperia E5 back to shop and you'll have to pay for reparation!“
And Sony too!
Can you help me, also explaining, why/what the problem is??
