Secondary Symbols on Samsung (GER) Keyboard - Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Themes, Apps, and Mods

Hello,
I'm looking for a way to enable secondary symbols on the Samsung stock keyboard.
I already tried changing the CSC-file but it only worked with en_US keyboard.
Code:
<CscFeature_Sip_DisableMultiInputLanuage>FALSE</CscFeature_Sip_DisableMultiInputLanuage>
<CscFeature_SIP_EnablePreferredEnglishTypeAsUS>TRUE</CscFeature_SIP_EnablePreferredEnglishTypeAsUS>
<CscFeature_Sip_LangQwertyType4HwKey>HW_KEYBOARD_C OUNTRY_TYPE_ARAB_QWERTY</CscFeature_Sip_LangQwertyType4HwKey>
<CscFeature_Sip_EnableLocalExtraKeyboard>Turkish </CscFeature_Sip_EnableLocalExtraKeyboard>
<CscFeature_Sip_UseSymbolInCMKey>true</CscFeature_Sip_UseSymbolInCMKey>
<CscFeature_Sip_EnableSymbolInSecondary>en_GB;en_U S;az;ca;cs;da;de;et;es;eu;el;fr;gl;ka;hr;it;is;kk; lv;lt;hu;nb;nl;pl;pt;ru;ro;fi;sr;sk;sl;sv;tr;uk;ko ;hy;bg;ar;fa;ur;zh_CN;</CscFeature_Sip_EnableSymbolInSecondary>
<CscFeature_Sip_ConfigOpBranding>SPR</CscFeature_Sip_ConfigOpBranding>
<CscFeature_Sip_AddCommaKeyAsDefault>false</CscFeature_Sip_AddCommaKeyAsDefault>
I also tried to modify it like this:
Code:
<CscFeature_Sip_DisableMultiInputLanuage>FALSE</CscFeature_Sip_DisableMultiInputLanuage>
<CscFeature_SIP_EnablePreferredEnglishTypeAsUS>[B][COLOR="red"]false[/COLOR][/B]</CscFeature_SIP_EnablePreferredEnglishTypeAsUS>
<CscFeature_Sip_LangQwertyType4HwKey>HW_KEYBOARD_COUNTRY_TYPE_ARAB_QWERT[COLOR="red"][B]Z[/B][/COLOR]</CscFeature_Sip_LangQwertyType4HwKey>
<CscFeature_Sip_EnableLocalExtraKeyboard>[COLOR="red"][B]German[/B] [/COLOR]</CscFeature_Sip_EnableLocalExtraKeyboard>
<CscFeature_Sip_UseSymbolInCMKey>true</CscFeature_Sip_UseSymbolInCMKey>
<CscFeature_Sip_EnableSymbolInSecondary>[COLOR="red"][B]de;de_DE[/B][/COLOR]</CscFeature_Sip_EnableSymbolInSecondary>
<CscFeature_Sip_ConfigOpBranding>[COLOR="Red"][B]DBT[/B][/COLOR]</CscFeature_Sip_ConfigOpBranding>
<CscFeature_Sip_AddCommaKeyAsDefault>false</CscFeature_Sip_AddCommaKeyAsDefault>
but it also didn't work.
Are there any solutions for this?
Regards,
Nestade

Tweaking Asus P525's T9 default input to Abc

does somebody here know how to tweak the registry to make the T9 input of Asus P525 default to 'Abc' instead of 'T9 English' ?
and also, how to make the T9 as default SIP after a soft reset instead of the keyboard?
bumping up
In the download area of Asus there's a small tool that sounds like it does something like that. Sadly direct links aren't possible. You can find it by pressing "Download" in the upper menu of www.asus.com, selecting PDA/PDA/P525 + press Search, then click on "Utilities". Now there's a "T9 Disable and Enable Utility".
I haven't checked it myself yet...
btw: Do NOT install the firmware update that's on the same page, unless you've got or want a french device...

Click to collapse
Don't now the registry entry right now, but you can always activate the T9 input by pressing the * key for some seconds.
i know the T9 Disable tool you're talking about and I know how to activate it. but right after activating the T9, you still have 4 options:
T9 English - predictive text input for English language
123 - for entering numbers
Symbols - for entering symbols
Abc - for entering words other than English.
whenever i'm going to type something, like SMS or notes, the T9 always defaults to T9 English. what i want is for it to default to Abc.
i hope somebody here can help me find the registry entry for this.
thanks in advance.
hi boybi,

Question about Bultin Keyboard

Hi,
I would like to ask if someone knows which dll's needed in order to work the builtin keyboard?
Actually i have the original Greek rom which support to write greek letters in 160 charct. SMS and also in general with keyboard.i suppose that some custom specific dll's are used for this and now i needed to import in WM6.
Thanks
I don't understand, are you looking to change your keyboard layout? In this case, you just need to edit a registry key. I can't remember the exact key so you'll have to do a small search; one of those contains a list of values for the various layouts with it stating that the UK keyboards hava a "locale" value of 0809...
Hi,
Not the layout of keyboard.
I am looking to change the character of each english letter of keyboard
hardware of software keyboard?
Hardware keyboard.
Edit \Windows\sym.txt
Or just install AEKMap and put the Greek Keyboard .aek file. There is also one for 160 chars sms. Pm me if you want it

Adding input language into Samsung keyboard

Hello friends.
I need Serbian Cyrillic input language which is not available in list of languages in Samsung keyboard. How I can add it, so it will be available in my multi input Samsung keyboard? There is also other applications (like Google keyboard and Swift key) that have required languages but I prefer Samsung keyboard because it has better way of learning predictive input from personalised database.
