Why does my navigation bar display incorrectly? I had used "Custom Navigation Bar" before but it was not okay to reset the uninstallation. Who can tell me why?

I'm using crDroid 8 and I'm having this issue with status bar, battery and signal icon interfere with each other, this only happens when I'm on the homescreen, this issue doesn't exist in lockscreen
