With root you can.
e.g. Galaxy icon themer in play store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobi.xperiacle.touchwiz.themer
or flash Note 7 icons. you can find it in App&Themes.

I haven't used this. But someone offered this solution when I seen their change in icons on the status bar.

I tried Hex it's not so good, is there any way to just mod Pixel UI on Samsung phones like via root?
