at the moment there are no other ROM's than EMUI based ROM's. But you could update first to EMUI 3.0 and then to 3.1 Beta which is Lollipop 5.1.1.
I have it running on my P7 now and it looks fresh. If you still want a custom ROM then search on XDA for the P7 and there you will find 'se7en' ROM and MIUI. Of course rooting your device is very important for further customization.
I will tell you the best roms from my point of view.
1 MARSMALLOW ROM KUMAJAYA
2LOLLIPOP ROM KUMAJAYA
3MIUI STABLE FROM EU MIUI
