Hello,
Today I try to install xposed. After reboot at the "app optimization" dialog my phone reboots some time because overheating. That is not normal, or? I put my device in an icebox and the setup running normal.

Hi, I have a chinese phone with MTK6572 called Y9190. Some weeks ago I installed the Xposed Framework to install GravityBox, Swapper 2 and Link2SD. One day later, my phone was rebooting by itself (with the screen off). I tried to factory reset: same problem. Reinstalled Xposed, and uninstalled the framework... same problem. Sometimes I'm using the phone and some blue lines appears on the screen: the phone crashs and I need to remove the battery and put it again to turn on the phone. Yesterday I was using WhatsApp and I saw an Android message crash with android.process.acore, but I dont know if EVERY crash is related to this android.process.acore.
I already tried to flash a new ROM with SPFlash.
How I could fix this problem?
So I did a temporary root on my phone using Weak Sauce 2 and installed xposed framework. After a soft reboot everything seemed to be working fine. Then I installed flat style bar, tweaked it and soft rebooted again. Worked fine. Now I try to install gravity box for jelly bean, when I try and open gravity box it says framework for gravity box not installed. This was probably my mistake here but I thought that that meant I needed to enable it in xposed then soft reboot. SO I enabled it in xposed and soft rebooted it and now my phone won't turn back on. I was charging it at the time and the red led was showing after I unplugged it the red led still shows. It also makes this fuzzy noise every 5 seconds or so like fft ftt (5 seconds) fft ftt and so on. Did I hard brick my device?
Bad idea installing xposed with temp root mate and no safe recovery, also the J/B gravity box for K/K was also not a good idea. You can not make any safe changes to any framework within the phone. Can you get the phone to recognize ADB? If so, i would try RUU man. Good luck!
Hi. My S6 has been running great for a while. It's running CleanROM. I got a notification that there is an update to SuperSU. I chose to update it normally because there's no recovery since the bootloader is locked. During the upgrade, I got a message saying that Knox was detected and if I wanted to disable it (temporarily?). I chose Never not thinking about the implications. The phone rebooted as part of the upgrade but now it is stuck in a bootloop. It does boot up for a very short time. Enough time for me to draw my security pattern and for some apps to load, but then the phone reboots. Any idea what's going on? Any suggestions on recovering from this? Thanks.
UPDATE: Somehow I recovered. I was able to power down the S6 because I had that small window to do so. I booted to Safe Mode and disabled SuperSU. I rebooted normally and everything was ok except SuperSU was disabled. I uninstalled SuperSU Pro and then uninstalled all updates for SuperSU. Play Store wouldn't let me totally uninstall it. I updated SuperSU. This is where it gets a little foggy. I think I re-enabled SuperSU and then it said that Knox was detected and whether to try to disable it or never disable it. This time I chose to disable Knox. SuperSU tried to disable Knox but got stuck with the spinning arrow. It was strange because I was able to go to Settings, but when I went to Apps or Logs, I got a continuous spinning arrow. It seemed to do what was needed though because my root checker verified I was rooted again. I rebooted again and ran SuperSU again. It gave me the Knox detected message again. This time I said Never disable. Rebooted one more time, ran SuperSU and no more message. Last step was to reinstall SuperSU Pro. I am not sure exactly if I had to do all these steps and what exactly was going on, but I think I am back to normal running SuperSU Pro v2.79.
Hello,
I am having a problem where magisk stops working after a couple hours, and therefore causing my battery saver module to unload and stop working.
I am using magiskhide, but turning it off has no changes.
Currently on 9.5.10 magisk 19.3. I have tried 19.4 with no change.
Hello, I tried to install Xposed Framework on my Sony Xperia XZ f8331 device through Magisk Manager. First time after flashing it when I turned phone on it froze and phone restarted by itself. Then I uninstalled xposed Framework but now it still keeps to bootloop. But not normal bootloop, It happens every 40-60 seconds after phone start up, then phone freeze and reboot. So I have like 40 seconds possible to do something. It does not have xposed Framework files under magisk module folder. I do not have access to it through PC, as phone keeps restarting, PC does not see it and fastboot does not work also. Phone was successfully rooted before this. Android is 8.0 Any help?
