So i recently upgraded to Android marshmallow but when i checked for the screen lock effects it was no longer there. So my question is there a way to bring it back? Or even Via Odin?

Hello , i have Honor 6 I04 runing on 4.4.2 EMUI v3
when my screen is locked i can only get notifications from the most famous programs like Whatsapp,facebook,gmail ....etc
but when i disable lockscreen i can get notifications from any app i have.
This problem was also happening when i was on EMUI V2.3
The only work around is to live without the beautiful look screen and to make your phone vulnerable to people around you
is there any way to fix this problem ?

I installed N915FXXU1COH2 ROM (lollipop 5.1.1) on my Note Edge, flashed micky's kernel and rooted it;
but now the screen stay always on when I receive a notification, or if I press the power button without unlock it. Do you have the same problem?
At the moment for solve I use Tasker, but it's not convenient for many reasons.
I try also to start in safe mode (disabling all non stock apps) but the problem is yet present.

Since the original Samsung update to Android 5.1.1 from 5.0.1 I can't get notifications on my edge screen anymore.
Has anyone an opinion?
I checked every f*cking setting three times but I am not able to get any notification on my edge screen like it worked at 5.0.1
Don't know what to do anymore....

So I was on fulmics 5.0 until yesterday when I went back to stock to try the AT&T official marshmallow update. Very happy with the Rom so far. Fast and smooth.
One weird thing is that I have to double tap the screen before to wake it up before entering my knock code. All other stock based roms I have tried allow you to just tap the pattern on the screen when it is off. Could not find any settings for this, but I may just be looking in the wrong place. Anyone have any idea what this could be?
Also worth noting that it does not flash the red light at me like I put the wrong knock code in. Just acts like I did nothing. Have to double tap to turn screen on for it to allow me to enter the code. Was not an issue with stock LP or Fulmics MM.
Not a huge deal here, just a bit irritating that I have to take an extra step to unlock the phone.
I had my pre-owned SAMSUNG Galaxy Note Edge (SM-N915G)
running on Android OS 5.1.1 for almost a year.
The phablet was doing fine all along, until recently...
when the new OTA update Android 6.0.1 was made available
in my region my phablet start to show signs of malfunction
especially to the edge screen.
The edge screen's briefing panel always jam
& unable to load up whenever after a rebooting
of my phablet. The only lame-man method that I know
to solve my problem temporary, is to uncheck the panel...
confirm the setting & go back to re-check the panel...
re-confirm the setting again.
Anyone knows how to fix this problem permanently?
I've even tried full reset via [Vol. Up] + [Home] + [Power],
but it still didn't solve the problem.
Also, the update has been draining the battery like crazy.

I just haven't got time to downgrade the OS that's all
to see if it's the OS fault or not.
But funny... my the other Note Edge didn't have such issue.
