Custom Quick SettingsBeta testing community:
https://plus.google.com/communities/102612923109705194681
Description
This app adds custom quick settings toggle using native api's in Nougat and above. Control individual toggle, add/remove toggle etc. The app is currently in beta testing phase and is looking for beta testers. Beta testers will receive promo codes when the app reaches the release phase
What works:
1. Add an app to quick settings to quick launch it
2. Sync toggle to change sync state
3. Brightness toggle to activate/deactivate auto-brightness
Known Issues:
1. Longer app start time (Reason already known - because of a library. Will be fixed as soon as possible)
2. Force close rarely on listing the installed apps (reason unknown and seem to happen randomly)
How to download:
1. Join the beta testing community on G+ and wait for the invite to be accepted.
2. Once invite has been accepted, visit the link here to download the app from playstore.
Reporting bugs/Feature requests:
Bug reports can be done either here or on G+ community (prefered) with steps to reproduce and the version of the app which can be found from donate screen (menu->donate).
Feature requests like adding extra toggles (a lot to be added)are heartily welcome here. The app may require root in future to support even more toggles (no guarantee!).
Also, Looking for graphic designer for icon and banner art.
P.S: I wouldn't recommend testing the in-app purchase as its not yet robust and the payments are "REAL". Although if you still wish to test it, i'd appreciate it.

Hello my fellow XDA Developers and testers!
I've just created a cool new Flashlight app... yes, I know... a flashlight app... but this one is different!
Let me summarize:
Variable strobe with variable brightness (for supported devices)... all controllable from the navigation bar (for Honeycomb users up)
You can use the strobe/variable brightness in your camera apps too (provided you disable your camera's flash)
Please join the Google Group, which is required for testing and for more details.
If you can translate from English into another language, please let me know. Any help will be appreciated.
Note: I just recently published the beta to Google Play, so it may not be available for download yet.
And I will say this, but I'm sure you all know,:
This app has been the countless hours and hard work of a full-time self-employed app developer. Please don't copy my ideas, or redistribute without my permission. Treat this app as confidential and proprietary IP. :good:

Hi,
I want to introduce our latest Material Design App : App Ideas.
App Ideas is a storage as well as a support for creative developers with ideas for apps and game. No matter where you are when the inspiration comes along, with this app you will not lose any ideas.
Select a category, where the planned app belongs to, choose a name, describe the basic idea and save the base frame until you find the time to develop the project.
App Ideas also offers you support your running projects. Changed your idea from the theoretical state into practical development, you have the ability to note individual subgoals as well as emerging bugs and work through it step by step and fix it. The development is divided into 2 stages, called Alpha and Beta, so after the first goals have been achieved, you send your app in the second phase and can register new features and bugs. Has your idea become a finished app, it is stored in the Release-folder.
You can use App Ideas, made in beautiful material design for free up to four ideas. If you need more capicity, you can aquire the Pro-version. This is possible in two ways, which are explained to you in the menu of the free version.
It would be great if you could give me some tips/feedback.

Update V 1.1
Hi everyone,
since the last version we fixed a lot of bugs.
And we also made some UI changes.
It would be great if you could give us some feedback, like what you think of the idea of the app, the UI ....
Big update
Hi,
we released a big update, to make the app even more useful.
There are now seperate folders for your app ideas and your running projects.
We also completely restructured the detail page for your app projects.
You can now also note ToDos for your projects and set a date you want the app to develop until.
Feeback is appreciated
Hi XDA Members
I started getting into Android development last November and have since decided to use this knowledge for my Final Year University Project. I have never looked into Java or Android before so all this was totally new to me. In under 4 months I have created this application, with alot of failure along the way.
Description:
This is my Final Year Project and im looking for any feedback at all. There is a Google Form here if anyone can spare 5 minutes. If not please leave a quick comment with any improvements or ideas for further development.
This application uses Google Fit, therefore Google Fit app must be installed and being used.
Features:
This is a simple application that will hopefully allow a couple of things including:
-View today's Step count and Previous days
-View health related news
-Track medication times & get push notifications to take them
-Set a daily step goal
-Share your steps
-Day/Night theme according to time of day
-Set up screen on first use
The Future:
Some future improvements:
-Wear watch face
-More news Sources
How to Install:
1. Download File from here. (Google Docs)
2. Make sure you can install APK files
3. Download and install file
Thank you for all your help.

If someone can give me some feedback it would really be appreciated, thank you.
I'll give it a shot.
It doesn't seem FreeOPT is that actively maintained. II forked the FreeOTP adding the capability to backup capability and updated UI. Hopefully you will find it useful.
The App is still fully free and open-sourced. Hopefully you will enjoy it.
Additional features to Google Authenticator and FreeOTP
1. Back up the data to Google Drive or other storage
2. Restore data from Google Drive or other storage
3. Material design and updated UI.
4. Android 6.0 on-demand permission support

@helloworld1 - Can you consider making a dark theme and releasing the apk on F-Droid as well? It would be fantastic if so. Effort appreciated and looking forward to any further improvement.

I have already submitted it to F-Droid repo.
Hi
Maybe I am a bit obtuse but I am having problems adding a token to FreeOTP+. I select 'Add Token' option (no QR code) to manually add a token. Next to a 3D cube, that I can click to add an image, there are two input text. In the first one I add the name, in the second one I add the secret. I have selected the right options in type, digits, Algorithm and Interval, but the Add button is still greyed out. Do I have to manually add the secret as Base32 too? If not, what could I be doing wrong?
Nice app, I was using the classic one but do you mean we can export the seetings, un install the app, install it on a different phone and restore them without losing my accounts token?
Studere is a fairly simple app where you can manage all your scores and subjects, make appointments related (or not) to your school/college and even organize your daily schedule!
This project is three months old now and I've made quite a progress during this time. Right now it has color customization (I know it's a minor thing, but people seem to like these things) and a lot of ways to notify you about how you're doing in some subjects, about upcoming events and classes/things to do!
Feature list:
Add subjects with up to four bimesters, each with two tests, a suplementary test and a average!
Organize your appointments at your Agenda, a Google Calendar-like list of upcoming events, with notifications!
Fill up your schedule to receive every weekday, every week, notifications about daily events or classes!
Receive notifications about when you're not so well in a specific subject, telling you to study! (That's optional!)
All of this is without ads, with donation option!
So far I've integrated Firebase for online backup and Google Sign In for auth purposes.
Play Store link is here!
