I rooted my Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime SM-G530H.
Now I want to install TWRP on it....So, how can i install on it??
Also I want to know it's bootloader is unlocked or not???
How to unlock it's bootloader???
When I restart the device, it stuck in boot.How to solve this??
Plz help me to solve these issues........

Hi All ,
I have been doing my research for rooting and installing custom rom on my phone ( samsung galaxy ace duos gt-s6802 ) which is on gingerbread 2.3.6 .
Read a few guides and got the procedure for root and installing custom rom , downloaded packages for them as well .
But on few links i came across that one needs to unlock the bootloader for performing a successful root and upgrade .
I could not find any guides on how to unlock the bootloader for my specific device .
So , will unlocking the bootloader be required for my device ?
If yes then how should i go about it ?
Please help me proceed on this .

well when i had my samsung galaxy ace plus i rooted with superoneclick v2.3 i believe dont hold me to that but that was easy enough, google phone drivers , then enable usb debugging.

I guess that CWM Recovery will take care of your problem with the bootloader, no?
I came through with the same problem as you did. I ll give it a try though.

I have the same version and have been unable to root via motochopper and other root methods since I bought the phone a week ago. Anyone have any advice?
