I have a Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 (GT-S7582L) with Android 4.2.2 and the language is only in english and in asian languages.
I would like use the language in german.
I found a firmware "S7582XXUANL3_S7582DBTAOA1_DBT" 4.2.2 for GT-S7582 without "L" in german and my question is, can I use this firmware on the hardware from GT-S7582L?
What's Difference between model GT-S7582L and GT-S7582?
Or can I somewhere download and install a language package for a german language?

I am waiting for the European version of 4.1 firmware formy Galaxy Tab 7.7 since April, when the new firmware for Asian countries was published. But Samsung seemingly does not want to release ROM for other regions - my bad...
So, I am wondering whether would it be possible to include European CSC into the DXMD3 ROM? I am interested especially in having Hungarian (Magyar) language.

Why 4.1??
4.2 is so much better in many ways.

My father in law just bought an AT&T Galaxy Note 3 SM-N900A from Amazon and he can't change the device language to Russian because it doesn't have Russian in the languages.
Is there a way to add Russian to the device language ?
Or is it possible to flash the Russian version of the SM-N900 rom from SamMobile that is not related to AT&T ?
