Hi guys I'm new here and hope.you can help me I'll give you a run down of my issue
So basically It started out with me wanting a cracked version of guru fx apk
And this required me to download freedom witch stopped my Google play from working
So I root uninstalled google play store (stupidly yes I know now)
Then I factory reset my phone hoping it would restore my Google play and all would be well but no google play store was missing so I manually installed google play and updated google play services using aptoide (as Google play won't work) and I thought that fixed it but it did not every time I open google play store I.get a message saying "google play store has stopped"
I hope someone can help me soon as I really don't want to.send my phone off for repair
Thanks for reading
Hi,
You won't find help with this on XDA. Xda doesn't condone or allow discussion about warez on the site.... Which is what you are using to hack paid apps.
Freedom is surely the cause of your issues, like many before you, and again.... We don't know why, or want to. Not something we deal with on XDA.
Sorry. Thread closed.
I have Samsung Tab 8.9 (P7310, Android 4.0.4) and when I try to install or update apps with Play Store (v5.2.13), Play Store crashes with message "Unfortunately Play Store has stopped".
Have tried clearing cache and clearing data to no avail. I uninstalled Play Store updates then it worked until it auto updated to v5.2.13. I also restored the tablet to factory default and again it worked until Play Store autoupdated to v5.2.13.
Found apk for Play Store v5.1.11 and installed that, then again Play Store worked properly until it updated to v5.2.13.
How is it possible to stop auto update of Play Store because its a hassle to always uninstall updates or install different version before trying to install or update apps.
Thanks!
BTW, I don't know about the inner workings of the tablet, file systems, etc. Nor, do I particularly want to become skilled in this regard...just want Play Store it to work again without the hassle so please be gentle with me.

Recently, I've rooted my Samsung Galaxy S5 (SM-G900F) and also installed Modded Google Play Store from the same Developers who made Lucky Patcher. I installed the latest one last week and only realized a problem today.
When going into an Game that requires Google Play Games/Google Play Services, the option to log in does NOT appear. When I try to log in myself (That is pressing the Log In button within the apl of the game) the option also does not appear. Modded Google Play Store works perfectly, but when I open Google Play Games, nothing but a white screen appears. Note I also have Freedom installed in my phone.
Can anyone please give me an insight or a solution to this problem? Unrooting my phone would be, of course, a last resort for me, along with uninstalling lucky patcher. I have seen posts saying to delete the Hosts file, but that didn't do anything. Any help would really make my day. Thanks.

Hi and thank you for using XDA Assist
Unfortunally this is a problem regarding the modded GApps but i suggest you to flash the original ones from here in order to see if it's not even a phone/ROM problem and for futher questions you can also ask here to the general forum: Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Good luck!
So I recently updated a nightly to Cyanogenmod 13. Ever since. I keep getting this error saying 'Unfortunately, Google Play services has stopped' and a notification saying 'Google Play services wont run unless you update Google Play services'. I still have the Play Store, Youtube etc... but they don't work (except the odd one like Chrome). Should I flash the newest Gapps or will that leave me with two sets of gapps? How do I fix this? Any thoughts/ideas are appreciated. (note: there is no option to force stop or uninstall updates)

Hi all,
Today I encountered an issue with the YouTube thereafter the Google play store.
On trying to control my android TV with my Huawwei P40 that has the Googlefier method to enable Google Play Store I got an error stating that my device was not Google certifed.
I then went into Google Play store & got the same error then everything stopped working Google related
I immediately opened the Googlefier App & got an error stating that I have the incorrect phone version (Probably due to firmware update in South Africa) I proceeded to remove all Google apps via Googlefier & start again.
This doesn't work Now I cannot use Googlefier to re-install my Google Play Services ( I kept Googlefier & LZ Play on my phone if I ever encountered a problem)
LZ Play doesn't work now & I am unsure what to do...
Please help...
Side note: I did see the latest GSpace apk but unsure if I would be able to log into multiple accounts on Google & have all the apps working including Google Calendar & Google Drive etc.
Thank you!!!
Hopefully I can get some help
