Hi , I wonder if could be possible to set a screensaver in the factory ROM. In the past I used Malaysk ROMs (with the speedometer as screensaver) but now I want to give a try to the factory ROM because booting time is short and Malaysk ROM need a few tweaks to fix the issues....
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

I've just received the 'update available' message on my v1.3 Samsung Focus running the Dynamics custom ROM. I was wondering what the correct way to update a custom ROM is so that I don't require a hard reset or similar. Can it be done just like a standard update without losing any data?
Will be nice to have those live tiles working again! (I honestly thought it was the ROM until I saw a mention of it in the changelog).

you can update via Zune without problem... no data loss...
Hi guys,
As the title show, I can't flash my Galaxy S4 i9505.
Ver: 4.2.2
Base:I9505XXUMDN
Now it has been rooted from stock ROM (I337UCUAMDB_I337ATTAMDB_I337UCUAMDB_HOME.tar)
Also, i9505-cwm-recovery-6.0.3.2(0611) has been applied
I have tried all methods of updating versions 4.3 & 4.4
Every time I wipe and install an update, it isn't flashed and have to resort to the above stock.
One error the is reported , is the E=Signature
Here are some of the ROM's I have tried:
Arrow_ROM_v8.0.0_XXUBMH1
I9505XXUAMDN_I9505OXXAMDB_XEF
jfltespr_mja_test2
and
Pure-Google-pre-rooted-4.3-v2.3
Pure-Google-pre-rooted-deodexed-4.4-v1
What seems to be the problem? Must be something simple
Cheers
No one can help???
Hi there.
So I've been on lollipop for about 4 and a half months. I've factory reset phone after upgrade from 4.4 to 5.0
But now I'm experiencing lag issues. Litereally every app starts slowly. Also UI is slow in general. When I drag down menu it's not responsive. You can tell the difference. I've tried to speed things up by going into recovery and wipe cache, but lag is still there.
I'm using stock 5.0 Lollipop here. Is it time to try CyanogenMod or any other stable rom? Or just install new kernel? If switching to CyanongemMod or custom rom, can someone suggest which one?
I choose Moto G in the firset place because of the awesome speed despite harsware because of the stock firmware being trimmed down of nasty apps. Hope there is solution without me switch to another rom.
Good day everyone, I'm currently running Lineage OS 14.1 on my Honor 8, and the only problem I have with it is the recurring reboot happening every 30 min or so for no reason. The ROM is surdu's.
I'd like to switch to a more stable ROM even with missing functionalities (Bluetooth, fps...) from my current setup.
I tried a couple ROM already but as I flash them through TWRP they send me an error 7.
Before I flashed I tried doing nothing. I tried clearing cache. I do not wish to randomly try factory reset as it caused problem to me before.
Is that because I'm running nougat ? Or because I did something wrong to switch roms ?
Do I have to rollback to marshmallow and flash a new rom ?
Thanks for you by advance for your answers.

I have 3 Eonon HU's, a GA2114, GA2154 and a GA2162. I have flashed the Malaysk ROM on both the GA2114 and the Ga2154 and I think Malay has done an excellent job! His ROM really makes the units run well, my question is, is it possible to flash the Malaysk ROM onto the GA2162? I have searched all the posts relating to Marshmallow 6.0 head units but I can't find any way of of getting into the recovery menu to flash the file. I can access system update and I have tried loading various other Marshmallow options such as Joying and a couple of other brand names but they don't really change anything. I have very little experience with android devices it being limited just to these head units. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
