Help with Odin (samsung galaxy note 4) - General Questions and Answers

Hi i'm currently having some issues with my note 4, lately it started freezing and restarting anytime I needed to use it. So I did some research and was told that it was either the battery that needed to be replaced or the firmware needed to be downgraded.
So I tried to downgrade from 6.0.1 back to lollipop with Odin, got an error and now im stuck with either the download mode or the other screen asking to use kies to recover. I tried Kies but it somehow doesnt recognize my device so it never finishes the update, so I decided to just stick with Odin but always get the same "system.img.ext4" error.
Is there something that Im missing or been doing wrong?
Thanks in advance.

[Q] Trying to Manually update to 5.0 SM-N9005; Odin - Error: FAIL!(Ext4)

Hi,
I am having a lot of trouble flashing my Note 3 (SM-N9005) 16gb to Android 5.0. At this point in time, all I can do is enter into DL mode.
I have been trying to use Odin to flash my device, but I think I must have messed up the PIT file by accident - using a 32gb instead of a 16 gb. I now know that I should never have touched the PIT button.
I am using this stock firmware: N9005XXUEND4_N9005FTMEND1_N9005XXUENC2_HOME.tar.md5 to get back to old version.
Odin reads:

Is there a better PIT file I should use?
Try restarting odin, use right pit file and it should flash the stock rom
Don't forget to hit thanks if I helped you...

You phone (or at least the stock firmware you want to use is "France - Orange") There has no official Lollipop update been released yet.
The pit file is "Hong Kong -Taiwan" , may be its not compatible to each other. Try to get a pit file that matches your firmware. Or take a firmware that matches the pit file. In any case you should backup your EFS before going on flashing different firmwares. Use TWRP to backup your EFS .
OK thanks. Downloading FW for Hong Kong - Taiwan now. I will let you know if it works.

so i tried it with odin 3.07 and the latest version and the samsung stock rom.

Why?
And i am not sure how to get back my stock android now, because it tells me now this (on the pic): i cannot put a pic on this , because i am new.
so this is on my display:

Edit: tried it with "apply update from sd card" . used an original rom(A310F0JV2BPH1_XFE.zip).
then, this error came: E:footer is wrong ; E:signature verification faild
then in the first line appeared:

hello guy's, i can't restore my s7 edge SM-G9350, here's my story, i unlocked the bootloader using CROM Service & flash TWRP file and install a custom ROM from Trada ROM Last Oreo v10 by Hilary Trump few days ago, last night i accidentally rebooted my phone to recovery mode and it detects my custom ROM installed it say's FRP blocked it etc.., so all i do is i re-flash the stock firmware that i always use for repairing my phone "G9350ZHS5CTA1". but last night there's an error saying volume size is too big and invalid id ext4 img, i really need help how to fix this problem. so the FRP Lock are ON, and my warranty are Voided.
