Hey friends any one using Jio sim on one plus one
My calling is working . using Jio join
But I can't access internet data exhausted error appeared and my unlimited data plan is activated.
#Please help me guys

can you tell me how did u activated your jio sim + which firmware are you using and onelast cm11s totally stock or some modifications?

I activate via alternative number
I don't know firmware coz I my phone was bricked and I flashed 11s using fastboot.
Ya its totally stock Rom and I had rooted and installed xposed installer. Help me bro

just 5 mins ago i got signals and on alternate numb received mgs "now i cn tele verify my number" but now the problems is cant make my call on 1977 and now i am on latest snapshot using oxygen os firmware and flash this firmware to get signals only.

use any rom just flash cm 11s modem https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95784891001607675
right now i am using jio 4g in slimsaber rom. I flashed that modem and its good to go. use jio join app for calling

Its not about flashing modem but you have change it euro radio band, first type *#*#4636#*#* it ll lead to testing menu and then select phone information,there select three dots on top right corner in that select radio radio try to select euro band then try to keep LTE mode in mobile networks signals should appear in status bar from then you can only use data connection not voice over LTE which is called as Volte.

Thnx a lot bro it worked..

So looks like there is no way to enable VoLTE even though the hardware supports. That's disappointing.

1) backup ur current data's
2) GO to twrp recovery
3)first flash the CM 11s modem/firmware
4)flash CM 13.1

Without Rooting You can't able to flash Other Rom's Firmware..!!

I am on sultan cyanogenmod 13 rom...my sim is not activated yet..are there any problem of sim not working in this rom too? Will flashing cm11s modem work on it too?
and do i have to flash the rom again or just flash the modem file over it..

Need a rom with volte support

Its very seroius issue now...except pure stock none of the available custom roms support volte...so its time to make a rom with volte support...

He added VoLte in that build, unfortunately it didn't worked. Maybe we can get Volte in CM 14 as you said on other post Redmi note 3 got VoLte working on unofficial CM 14 and AOSP ROMs and the same developer said impossible to add in CM 13. Look here

Hmm...that didnt work for me also...i flashed cm14.0 unofficial latest build by alberto.....eagerly waiting for volte to be added in cm14!!!!..hope for best

Why you need volte. Jio join app is there too. For one feature you will ignoring the best custom ROM features

In jio join app you can do only messaging and not the calling on VoLte devices isn't it ?

When volte is enabled. But in custom roms the device is treated as non volte device so jio join app works

But on Volte devices who are flashed custom ROM are saying they don't get dialer option when jio join in installed.
So you successfully enabled dialer option in jio join app ? Were you able to make call using that ?

Just now I restored rr rom backup and installed jio join app but I'm also not getting dialer option, will you please say what procedure should be followed to work calling function on jio join app.

How u got jio dialer in any rom as volte call...pls tell the steps..cos i tried many cutom roms like tesla, cm13, exodus, du, and many more and none of them support voice over LTE...THRU jio join app or jio4g voice or by stock rom dialer....so can u pls share ur details....if possible we all will be vry grateful..we all r waiting bro impatiently

Sim problem after nougat update on c185

There is a problem that i face after nougat update. I live in india and using Jio sim. The network suddenly goes and shows no service. Then it comes back again and again it goes. I tried restating and sometimes it does the trick but not always. Sometimes i see that the sim registers with "I TIM" which doesn't exist here. This only happens with this JIO sim. Please help

Mate, I also faced the problem initially but it will correct itself after a couple of days. Just make sure you do not search for network manually for Jio as that again triggers the issue.

No buddy, mate 8 does not support VolTE natively from dialer so you will have to use the Jio4G app for calling. But it hardly matters as there is an option in the app that even if you dial the call from dialer, it will redirect the call from Jio app. I now use the Jio 4G app as my default dialer and replaced the stock dialer shortcut from the dock entirely.

Not sure why yours is not working. Mine is working just fine and I am on C185B560 and rooted as well.

Check with jio if nougat update is volte enabled from their side

Ya it helped but another issue is app its always asking me to. Connected on 4g to place call or recieve call that's like when I connect the WiFi and tried to call its not getting through

while using jio app you should always enable mobile data inorder to receive and make calls.
this is because currently your device has only LTE/4G support as per app detection but not Volte support.

I phone 6 works only with lte without app for 4g am using it technically band width are same so its not logical to conclude volte needed to function for the device
If lte is sufficient then it should work so did it functioned well when it was on emui 4

even you consider technically the functioning of IOS and Android are way different while handling applications.And both has different hardware.
In EMUI you might have Volte support but after update it might have locked Indian LTE band frequencies or app has compatability issues or try to reset apn settings and assign them manually.
By the way are you able to make calls after enabling mobile data?
did you install other region ROM?

Wrong. EMUI 5 is VoLTE capable and compatible.

what is the build number do you have?
I doubt you installed different region ROM which dont have volte support.

Volte ROM?????
If your device supports volte then you can flash any ROM which has VOLTE. if your device won't supports it then you're outta luck.

Mahn, that's what I said.. If your device won't supports volte then you can't. You better buy a device which supports volte outta box.
