I have a Acer E380 phone that is still on JB. So I tried to update it to Kitkat 4.4.2 but when I flashed it, it gave me an error about something in the scatter file. so I just removed my phone afterwards and just tried to open it thinking that the installation did nothing. Now my phone just constantly vibrates every 20 seconds or so but the screen is black. Can't boot into recovery or anything. it just vibrated like its going to boot up. I seriously need help please!

"I only did the soft reset but in the middle of the process my screen (green-android-working) suddenly turned off and I think it didn't continue, I have philz recovery now, and I have tried soft reset last time when I have the stock recovery and it just works fine but I couldnt remember the process -_-. After that, my phone wont turn on and even wont reboot, but I can enter droidbot and recovery but cant reboot .. So I try to flash my boot logo that I get somewhere in the internet then my android dont boot now it just keep vibrating every couple of seconds, I manage to boot it once somehow then when I restart it, it dont boot again.. Now I wonder if it cause of the boot logo that i flash or theres something more problem that I dont know,, please help T_T
Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. You're most likely going to have to flash the stock firmware. But you didn't give any device information so I'm not sure how to help you further.

after i was rooting my phone with desktop version of "iroot". The phone switched off and does not restarted for a while... and i pulled out the usb cable. and the phone turned back on , but the last application which was opened on the phone screen at the time it went off.. i am seeing it flickering behind the regular screen. Please help me out with this. I have done factory reset and flashed rom again from clockworkmod recovery but nothing changed also in the recovery mode... this screen is also appeared to be flickering behind.

I was running kitkat on my tablet so I decided to flash with CM13 custom rom I used DP TOOLS to rooted my tablet after that I used Flashify to installed TWRP at that point everything were nice and happy, then I installed gapps-600-base-20151112-1-signed.zip, cm-13.0-20160604-NIGHTLY-v410.zip, BETA-SuperSU-v2.74-2-20160519174328.zip using TWRP at that point everything installed without any error, I rebooted the tablet and now its stuck to LG logo with "error boot certification verify" I tried volume up, down with power button, but nothing happens, screen flash black for two sec then it goes back to same LG logo with "error boot certification verify" any help will be very helpful. I recently flashed my Moto G with the unofficial LineageOS 16 rom by allstargaurav. Kudos to him for his work.
I unlocked my bootloader, got TWRP, flashed the rom, flashed Gapps,Magisk and started using it normally.
One night, after using it with the battery at 30%, I left it as it was and did not charge it.
The next day, I saw that it was not booting up at all. I plugged it in and the white led light started and did not go off.
The light was constantly on. I searched on google to no avail.
Nothing works and I have pressed the power button and power+volume down for more than 5 minutes.
I cant get to the fastboot menu or the TWRP, the phone doesnt power on at all so I cant do anything or get a logcat.
Please help!!!!
I also got the watchdogs boot animation. That is all I have modified.
Please tell me what is wrong and how to rectify it.
Please help quickly.

Being unsure what the problem is, I also followed FabioSan's guide on unbricking the phone, but I got stuck on the part where we go to the device manager console as my PC would not recognise the phone no matter what I did.
Also, the warranty has expired long ago as the phone was bought in 2014 and it was only a 1year warranty.
Therefore, I am considering giving the phone to the moto support centre. I will also try replacing the battery as it may be a battery problem considering my symptom of the white light does not fit any hardbricked phone's symptoms. Will notify if it works.
Till then, please help and suggest what the problem might be.
