Hello, i didn't install the zip file, i just extracted "SamsungCamera5.Apk" and i copy-pasted to System=>Priv-app=>SamsungCamera5 Folder, im note sure if this method is correct or not, and the camera seems to be working just fine
If you are copying the apk file and you use an odexed rom you will need to delete the odex file for it to work. Check using the tools in the 1st post

To backup, you need root, open ES File Explorer and copy this to your SD card.

Here are 2 shots I made: the first is with the z2 camera 2.0 for .757 and the second is with Cyber-Shot mod. Looks a bit better.. maybe.
Edit: The second shot looks sharper. I should have taken more shots with and without the mod because the focus may not have been good.

And the Video i get 60 and it's better and fast than before
and i notice the camera working fast now and saving image faster and the start camera it's fast now before some time take 7 sec

I took them while smoking but my hands were not shaking. I flashed ported doomkernel and magically I have 15mp SA (I didn't want this) but I have no complains too.
Edit: I saw that this mod makes 15mp SA and now I'm confused. I flahed it and the picture was still 8mp. After flashing the doomkernel now I have 15mp..

That isn't a surprise. The hardware of the S4 (all models) isn't able to record that way.

DEODEXED camera app and media_profile.xml,framework-res.apk from framework folder with Rom name-version and pda info. - Jpeg Quality 96 to 100%
- 4K Bitrates 48mbits to 80mbits (Not verified)
- FHD30 17mbits to 61mbits (Not verified)
- FHD60 28mbits to 100mbits Need very fast microsd (Not verified)
-All 10-13 mbits bitrates up to 25mbits (Not verified)
-SlowMotion Recording Bitrate (I guess this is playback bitrates 9mbits to 61 mbits. )(Not verified)
-Dual SD-HD-FHD Time limit 61 Min (Not verified)
-Root-61_S7Edge_G935F_1APE9_BETA_v1_JPEG_QUALITY_FIX

-Backup and delete and copy the modified apk to the system/priv-app/SamsungCamera5.apk , set permission rw-r-r 0644

The values are wrong, the UHD video is 10mb not 80mb, u need to add one more decimal. FHD and FHD60 remains 19.
Update- i fixed the Media_profile.xml so it record 80mbps UHD and 60 FHD, now 20 seconds of video using UDH results in near 300mb instead of 25mb with the previous version.
Please test it and hopefully it should do the trick.

EDIT : Not working for me, I ended up with bootloop.. :-/ (I'm on Echoe Rom, is that why ?) Next, i did manually modify my media_profiles.xml on my actual rom and did everything as describe but video bitrates values are still the same after i made some tests
anyone can make ~40mbits version of FHD? takes too much space with 60mbits...

Can you try on the superman rom 1.4.1 ? I change it the Note 4 and S6 cam app is working. (Note 4 mods fully working) S7 samsungcamera5.apk has different codes and files. If it is not working on the Superman rom 1.4.1 ,I guess there are shortcomings in my mod or apktool 2.1.1.
