[FIX] Best For Samsung Galaxy GT - I9003 GPS.

Hello Guys.
Here is a Simple solution for fixing GPS in your Samsung Gt I9003.
Steps.
Go to Dialer Dial *#*#3214789650#*#*
you will navigate to new screen called.
LbsTestMode.
First for fun just go outside of your home and Click on GetPosition Test.
you will see it shows some sattelites with an accuracy which will be more than 100 m.
Now follow these steps.
Select the Applications Settings and Change the Operation Mode from standalone to Ms Based, For some devices Ms Assisted will also work.
Start Mode to Hot Start GPS Plus ON.
Accuracy 100.
Time Out(s) 120.
Press back button.
In LbsTestMode.
Click againSUPL/CP Settings.
Server FQDN Type -> Custom Config.
Server -> supl.google.com
Server Port -> 7276
Supl Secure Socket -OFF
AGPS Mode -> SUPL.
Press back button. you will navigate to LbsTestMode Home screen.
Click on GetPosition Test. Be sure that you stay outside of your house to test the different sattelites locking.
You will now see the difference in number of satellites, it is increased and also the accuracy changing to 10m.
also check with Ms Assisted in Operation Mode to note the difference.
note down the different satellites and accuracy and select the appropiate one.
If you are unable to do this just downlaod the GPS Aids Free version from the Market.
In that click on Codes/Tools.
It will Open a screen with differnt buttons.
Click on GPS Test (LBSTestMode) and do the complete process.
For some devices the settings has to be changed depending on the location where you stay so just keep changing and check the maximum sattelites locking.

Hi, I'm using KP9 GB 2.3.4 .. that code didn't work on my phone, is there any other code for that ?

You can use Gps aids free version available in market. I explained that in my first post.
If you want to lock quickly just increase the accuracy to 150 or 200. Then it will take very less time lock but an accuracy of 150m or 200m.
If you don't find enough satellites. Just increase the timeout.
Just keep changing the inputs and check accuracy and time inside and outside of your building.

change to ms-assisted, it will be alot faster...standalone and ms-based is not so reliant on agps data, unlike ms-assisted which requires network data to fix the satellites

Now i can get 7 satellites
but all is "Silver" colour
[mean that it can't locate?]

Before you try this there is hardware based fix. See my signature post that will give you lock in5sec with 10 mt accuracy.

see the main problem is with the hardware which they had, no need for cutom rom, if you want to have it locked in less time just increase the accuracy may be 250 or 300.
you will see significant rise in number of satellites.
Try to have new official update version KF6, ofcourse its not GB.

The explained procedure (first post) worked on my i9003 stock rom.
Really great before the fix I was getting 2 satellites and after the fix the count went to 8.

I don't think it works on XXKPE as "lbs test mode" app isn't loaded with it. It's missing from the list of apps in Titanium Backup if u look closely enough. Don't know whether Samsung plans on adding this into it's final release.

When i tried to download this from the Play Store it said my device (HTC One X) was incompatible. I have installed the APK directly and it works perfectly!! Post below if you find its working for you too!!
EDIT: If you want the latest updates you need to download and install market enabler (will add apk in a sec), change country to t-mobile (us) and in Play store hit menu -> settings -> my apps, and there should be an option to update nike+.

once i went into settings in the app it crashes and wont come back untill i reset data on app. probably because my DPI is changed to 241 instead of stock 320 :/ no nike runnning for me... yet

Seems to be working fine on my Arc. Will go for a run later to confirm!

Don't work on my galaxy nexus...

I have it, and happily using it on my samsung Galaxy Note, with ICS.
However, I just recently noticed that it has been eating up my battery, even when I am done using it. According to ICS battery consumption, it is on top of the list, and even eating up greater power than the screen.
So , how do I properly shut this app down, including its background processes after using it?

does anyone have the latest 1.0.2 apk for this with stability fixes? In the UK only O2 customers can get this app until the end of the year

Works fine on my Galaxy Nexus (GSM).
I'm running Jellybean 4.1.1 and am on T-Mobile in the UK, oh and i've rooted the phone.

If you want the latest updates. Get market enabler (apk added to OP), change country to t-mobile (us) and hit menu -> settings -> my apps, and there should be an option to update nike+. It worked for me anyway, if you get stuck let me know and ill try and get the 1.0.2 apk

The app ist very cool. I build a tab in my car and used it.
I have a litte problem with the app.
Because i drive the car very seldom, i want to shutdown the tab.
The Option runs only one time. By the next run, the tab going to standby. Can you look, what is the problem.

Great but you can't select a delay above 60sec.
Why is the selector looping to 0 sec when you scroll down. It would be better to go to 1 ..2 .. 3 .. 4 min

The App would really benefit from an option to enable Airplane Mode when sleeping. This would increase the battery savings and stop the device using WiFi when parked at home, plus 3G when parked elsewhere.
I would happily pay for a Pro Version with this feature.

Hey, I have a LG G 7.0, The Auto Sleeper app does not allow me to choose " Action: Power off", keeps saying the device is not rooted. I used KingRoot to root the device and check with "root Checker Basic" if the device was rooted right. Is that option not available yet?

Have android 4.4 in my rearview mirror gps and this didn't work work. Sometimes work ok (rarely) and others don't work. But was a good effort by the developer. There other app similar that work ok? thanks

Playstore Link Is Down - Fiew Questions
Hi, Looking for an app for a car environment, but have a fiew questions i would like to ask
1) If i am playing music before i remove the power (will the app pause the music/media & resume/continue on wake)
2) When the app sends the device to sleep does it put Turn On flight mode so (wifi,B-tooth& data is switched off)
3) Can you change & adjust the "Sleep Timer" so it sleeps almost instantly once power is removed?
4) Not really a question but the link to the playstore has been removed ?

Don't use it anymore since changing In-Dash Tablet to Joying Head Unit. The Joying goes to sleep properly 99% of the time.

You will need to login with a valid pokemon (PTC) account.
You should create a specific account to be sure your main account won't get banned.
If you have trouble logging, try to login in the pokemon go app to check this account is working.

there is a watch screenshot above, it's working fine.
Especially once you have "locked" a pokemon it's great to find it.

yes both are on my todo list

If you closed the app and re open it says failed to find GPS location. The only way to fix is to clear app data... But once closed again same problem...

Killing the app works, but definatly get failed GPS more times than not. Still when it works it's very good. Can't wait for an update

Everything works fine outside but getting failed GPS in apartment, even if other apps doesn't have any problem. I can get a localization anyway, but 2 seconds later it will say failed GPS again.
Would it be possible to assume when GPS failed that the user is still at the last valid position for a certain time instead of display the message ?
Anyway, great job !
Edit: whoops, answered to fast, it seems i have trouble outside too.

Gps Issue will be fixed in next release, it was a stupid error, (had forgotten to uncoment a line sending location to the map fragment...)

Found pokes are now shown in a notification (show the 8 more rare ones) with their expiry time and rarity color
New Status Server info icon: open a webpage showing servers status (if you don't get any poke location try to login again once in a while)
GPS Location was not working sometime: fixed
Poke location search is a little slower but gives better result
(has been uploaded to play store, should be available soon)

Don't update to v. 0.02 there seems to be an issue, I will publish an update later today

yes it was a very stupid error, instead of adding positions in a list sent to the "position to be scanned for pokemons" i was adding the empty list into itself.....

Actually, your comment has motivated me to rework on this App. I switched from unlocked Xperia to locked Galaxy S7. It was very complicated but I successfully managed to be root again. I will rework on the UI, and make it close to Google Calendar (week view).
I've found an open source library which does that, so it will be easy to set offline periods.

Yes, it works fine on Galaxy S4 Mini LTE + AospExtended 4.6 (Nougat).
As you are still interested in feedback:
Personally I really don't care about this, but it doesn't trigger exactly on time, maybe only during Doze mode "maintenance windows" every 9 minutes. I already disabled Battery optimization for it.
Maybe most people (like me) already use other schedule/profile apps that have plenty features, so they don't search for alternatives.
But afaik, they all need Xposed + Airplane Mode Helper.
So maybe your app gets more popular, as long as your app does work on Pie, and Xposed does not.

Thanks for this app! I just discovered it recently and so far it does exactly what it is supposed to do: Automatically send the phone to airplane mode during the night and wake it up in the morning.
If you could as you mentioned add some form of a calendar view to the app then one could use the app much more individually (e.g. use different times on the weekend). That would be a great improvement!
Moreover, I would like to also add another feature request:
Would it be possible to enable/disable airplane mode only partially. For instance only switch off mobile connections while leaving Wifi turned on or the other way around?

It turns airplane mode on, but turning off isn't working. Android 10, Redmi Note 4, crdroid 6.11.
Update: on the 5th try it turned off. Really strange.

At least most of the time it works perfect on Android 9 (S4 Mini i9195, lineage-16.0-20200515).
I let it switch automatically, and rarely change settings or otherwise interfere.
I vaguely remember some failure, I might have rebooted or cleared cache in the past to solve it.
But that is so rare, that I can't remember exactly.
